We had a leak in our basement. Google found AAA Waterproofing and spoke to a Ziggy. He was very nice during the inspection and quotation, gave us a quote that was slightly lower than the competitors. When he started the work, he would work 1 day then disappear for 3-4 days and come back with some form of "family emergencies". When they were installing the foundation membrane, I noticed they were using the ramset pins to hold the material way too far apart and the membrane itself was very loose instead of being tight against the wall. When I mentioned this to Ziggy, he got very defensive and aggressive saying he's been doing this for very long time and for me not to "bother" him. Reluctantly, he did installed a FEW additional pins to hold it in place but it was still far from enough. When they were starting to backfill the outside, we noticed part of the membrane was already broken and dirt was getting in-between the membrane and the wall. I brought that up to Ziggy and he said he will fix it but disappeared for over a week. When he finally called me back, he asked if we can pay for the rest of the job first because his other clients hasn't paid him and he can't pay for his staff to come back and finish. In hindsight after reading the other reviews, it seems he does this often. He just disappeared and blocked our numbers after we gave him the money. We used a friend's number to call him and as soon as he realized it was us, he just hung up and blocked that number. I always say GOOD reviews can be "bought" but BAD reviews tell the real story.

Absolutely worst quality, the footings they poured were wrong dimensions, the walls poured were completely slanted. Unsafe construction. Costed way more to fix their screw ups.

Paid Ziggy / Zone Construction or AAA Waterproofing, to do an concrete extension. He advised us it will be done by Saturday then did half the job and made excuses about the framing was damaged, which HE DID but blames us for the damage. He made us paid in full but never came back to finish the job and won't give an exact date, and then blocks our number. If you read his google reviews, you'll see this is actually a pattern with this company. Others have threatened with legal action and he said go ahead knowing people won't because of lawyer costs. Interpret reviews on here with care.

Sharing my experiences here with Ziggy, and AAA waterproofing company, he gave us the best quote for our scope, but our money was wasted for unprofessional work and uncompleted work scope. 1. they did not use a single tarps to cover mud piles leaving almost 2 months which damaged sods, driveways, and fence in my and neighbor's properties, 2. ( Unliked the pictures previously provided ) process and material are mostly skipped including 2' poly, yellow mesh, garden cloth, not enough gravel, unsealed membrane joint, no grading, or cleaning done, 3. Ziggy became rude and aggressively threaten me when I made a complain and refused for full payment, his underpaid crew, as expected, STILL LEAKING WATER the following spring, he has no interest in resolving it under 'Warranty". Please stay away if you are a home owner.

Use extreme caution with this company AAA waterproofing. If you believe the good reviews, you are taking a chance.

I hired AAA to do an underpinning job on my house. I dealt with Ziggy, who was very pleasant and is very knowledgable. I was given a great quote and shortly after I gave them the go ahead for the work, they started the project and finished in a timely and clean manner as well as answering any questions or concerns I had before and throughout the process . Overall, I would recommend AAA Waterproofing and Underpinning to anyone who would require their services.

Used this company again. Ziggy is very professional, responsive & courteous. These guys know what they are doing and always do a very thorough job. I highly recommend them as you will be in good hands.
