Gabriel and his workers were extremely professional and thorough. The work was more extensive than originally thought but this did not affect the projected cost. The air quality in our home has improved significantly and we now have a safe clean space for storage and future play area for our son! Would absolutely recommend them!!!!

Healthy Home Center came recommended after an independent air quality test confirmed some mold was present in the basement. After interviewing several companies, I felt extremely confident that Gabriel from Healthy Home Center and his team would provide the best service. Gabriel performed a thorough examination and he took the time to explain the situation and answered all my questions. It is evident that Gabriel is an honest person and has a great deal of knowledge when it comes to mold removal and remediation. Gabriel and his team were very polite, respectful, efficient and did an exceptional job in the basement. They were within Budget and met all the deadlines of the project. I would highly recommend Healthy Home Center to do any required work.

My mother thought she had mold in her basement. After calling around and doing research, we were recommended to call Gabriel at Healthy Home Center. I am glad we did as he quickly identified what we thought was mold as simply concrete that was on the wood beams. It looks like grey mold but it was not. A lesser man would have been dishonest to my mother and taken her money but Gabriel did not do that. I'm glad there are still honest people out there.

I had an air quality issue in my 16th floor condo. Gabriel and his team did an excellent job of correcting the problem for me. He was very pleasant and efficient. He was courteous with my building superintendent and made sure he was following all the condo rules. The work he and his team did was extremely thorough and complete. They cleaned the air ducts and all surfaces and furniture as well as ran an air scrub for 22 hours. It was a very positive experience and I will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs similar work done.

Healthy Home came recommended after an air quality / mold inspector advised that some reinsulation, hepa vacuuming of furnace/storage room and removal of wall and closet section of basement bedroom to check for mold needed to be done. Gabriel was very professional explaining how the work was to be done while being mindful of disruption A big job was to remove everything from the furnace room prior to vacuuming. He was very helpful and accommodating offering to move things and do so in stages to make it easier for me. Care was taken to protect rugs and reduce air dust. He came when he said he would and was always punctual. His team worked efficiently and the job was done well . Gabriel also recommended good people to finish up (Dry walling and painting) I would highly recommend Healthy Home to do any required work

I have multiple chemical sensitivity and had created some chemical smell I could not tolerate in the basement. Gabriel came promptly and set up a system to replace the air in my house 100 times a day. It helped immensely. He was very kind and understanding of my situation. My home - an older townhouse - was getting increasingly unlivable. There was a lot of humidity, a moldy, musty smell in the basement, and so much dust. I was at a loss and was considering having to move out. Healthy Home Centre (HHC) professionals came in - they were clearly experts in their field and truly amazing! HHC quickly identified the foundational issues and used multiple strategies to eliminate the mounting air quality issues, mold, humidity, dust, and other mold factors. It has now been almost 5 months since the work was completed and the house has good, quality air, less dust, and I feel great being here. We were in the process of purchasing a home when the inspector alerted us to some moisture problems in the basement. Being a very old home with an foundation with exposed bedrock, it required extensive cleaning to remove mold and years of dust and dirt that could lead to more mold growth. We hired Gabriel to do this work, and he and his team did an exceptional job cleaning up this tough area to work in (the ceilings are low). They HEPA vacuumed the surfaces, scrubbed, and treated everything to prevent future amplification (including wood shelves), and also cleaned our ducts (which were extremely dusty - with older homes there is extra concern with this kind of thing, as house dust is a known mutagen, and old building materials with constituents like lead are probably part of that dust, so we were very happy to get them vacuumed out). It looked like a different basement once the job was done. I will probably hire him again in the future for duct cleaning; he is polite, respectful, and patient, and is happy to answer questions.

We were very impressed with Gabriel and his work. He took the time to do a thorough job in our basement and saved us added costs by replacing the duct work after the asbestos was removed. The job was done well and for a good price!

We met with this company a year ago when we discovered we had mold it our basement. We met Gabriel soon after and he was there throughout the process. One thing we liked right away is he didn't create panic about the mold. A lot of other companies told us a lot of scary things about mold that were not true when we googled. The team was open to deal with and very open to discussion and ideas. We also liked the honesty! He was honest that remediation was his expertise and asked us if we wanted to get quotes for other people to compare to his prices for other work, such as concrete work. Unless we agreed on a change in work, the quoted number was always the same as the final payment.
