    Excellent service!

    Rado replied to my homestars request almost immediately and came over in 10 minutes to complete the work. He was professional, efficient, and trustworthy. Cant recommend him enough!

    Replaced front lock and repair/rekey the back lock

    Rado is the best! He does great work, explains what he is doing and I would highly recommend him to anyone! I was in a bind because I was flying out of town the next day and needed lock replaced/repaired before I left. He came to my place the night before, after hours, on short notice. He was here within an hour, was very transparent on the pricing details, and replaced my front door lock and repaired/rekeyed the back door lock. Excellent communication, very friendly, very professional and very competent. Thanks again Rado! Regards, Ken

    Superb service

    Rado immediately responded to my email. After submitting photos of the lock,he indicated the available time for an appointment and sent me the pricing details. Came on time and repaired the lock. Excellent communication, very responsible ,competent work,reasonable pricing, Highly recommend.

    Replace front and back door locks

    Our locks needed upgrading, safety being the prime concern. I reached out to Locksmith Express and one other company. Locksmith Express replied straight away. I forwarded photos of my current locks as asked; shortly after receiving a detailed reply with information on options to replace and costs. Exactly the education I needed. The next afternoon, as agreed upon, superior locks etc. were installed. How happy, THIS HAPPY.

    Rekey and Keypad & Handle Install - Great Service

    Locksmith Express was very responsive from our initial email to after installation. They made sure that I was fully informed on the work that they will do. Initially I've asked them for just the keypad install, but they also installed my handle. They went above and beyond what I've asked and made my locks operate more smoothly than before. I highly recommend them

    Lock & Handle Replacement

    Rado is truly amazing. He responded to my inquiry promptly, communication was clear and effective. He was able to provide urgent services, I would highly recommend him and definitely contact him for future lock issues.

    Exceptional service - highly recommend!

    Rado completely put my mind at ease as a first time home buyer. He truly went above and beyond -- not only re-keying, but making sure he left each door/lock better than he found them. Exceptional work. Thank you!

    Locksmith
    Radoslav was so helpful. Our front door latch had fallen off and the lock itself hadnt worked properly since we moved in. In about 20 minutes he had not only fixed the latch but had completely fixed the lock and copied five new keys for me. We have always had problems with this lock to to be able to finally use it properly was an extra bonus.

    Excellent service

    Radoslav is a true professional. He showed up right on time, and finished re-keying 3 separate doors in less than 30 minutes. In addition, he straightened a crooked door handle and fixed a super tight locking mechanism - I didn't even ask him to fix these and he didn't charge extra! Highly recommended!
