We contacted Locksmith Express because our front door locks were damaged. We got a prompt response from Radoslav. We sent him some pictures of the locks and he knew right away what the problem was. He quickly came to the house and within an hour, he had completed the repair. He first bought a new lock mechanism. He was excellent in the work he completed. He was very knowledgeable. Rado arrived on time onsite. After assessing the situation, he concluded that I didn't have to replace my door knob & bolt. It was a case of misalignment & he could fix it permanently for me. That's what he did, saving me a few hundreds $. He did a wonderful job. Now everything is working really well. Rado is a pro to the core. He also has awesome customer relationship skills. I would recommend him to anybody looking for a Lock Smith.

Radoslav did a great job installing a keyless deadbolt lock on my side door. He explained how to use the lock and the importance of making sure I closed the door handle before using the lock. I highly recommend him.

Radoslav was absolutely excellent. Right from the beginning of our phone conversation, he knew what the problem was and informed me of the repair and cost. He was genuine and a true professional. He not only fixed my lock, he realigned the lock with the door frame to ensure proper closing and fixed the closing mechanism which was loose. My dogs loved him as well and they are pretty good judges of character. I highly recommend Radoslav to anyone needing locksmith services.
