    Door lock replacement

    I received an excellent service from Radoslav. I wanted to change my lock on my front door. Radoslav responded quickly to all my queries. He was on time and finished the job as agreed. He even went above and beyond by fixing a jamming issue on my door lock. Overall it was smooth and hassle-free experience.

    Front door replacement hardware.

    Radoslav gave excellent service. He replaced very old hardware and deadbolt at my 90yr old mother’s house. We had purchased new hardware for her, but as the previous door lock was around 50yrs old and was sticking and jamming, the new ones didn’t fit exactly. No problem for him. Wood filled the old hole and expertly installed the new one. He communicated regularly as to his arrival time. Brought a drop cloth to not leave wood shavings on her floor.     Fantastic Service

    When needing locksmith services look no further. Fantastic, efficient, responsive. Needed to re-key my front and back doors. From inquiry to job completion it was about 3 hours. Could not ask for anything more. Price was also transparent and well below expectations. Thank you!

    Lock Fixed

    Just purchased the house, and we had trouble with mortise lock on the door. Radoslav Contacted us and explained everything in plain language. He was very clear on the prices of the service and the options we have from the the beginning. He fixed the lock in about an hour, and made some recommendation on how to providing getting the same issue again. Overall, extremely professional, fairly priced, I would definitely recommend his service.

    Excellent workmanship and service

    This man is excellent at his trade. Radoslav made sure everything was done to perfection, and a perfect job it was. He went above and beyond also to fix a few other things that I have wanted done for many years but I could never find anyone to fix them. He his very honest and trustworthy. Thank you so much Radoslav. I would recommend you to my best friend without a doubt. And thank you for answering my hundreds of questions.

    Quick and knowledgeable locksmith service

    Rado was very knowledgeable and explained his suggestions for locksmith solutions over the phone. On the day of the job, he came prepared and even had extra equipment on hand. Transparent pricing and great at suggesting what you need, given your situation. Would use his services again and recommend to others.

    Above and Beyond

    Radislav came promptly to fix a door lock that has been giving me trouble for many years. The lock has been replaced twice and was still sticking, partly because of the thickness of my door. Radislav not only spent twice his originally estimated time struggling with the lock to get it right but also found a way to remount the antique bronze lock surround that a previous locksmith has removed. He also helped me out with a doorknob replacement - and all for the original estimate! The lock works smoothly now for the first time ever and the door looks great. He is definitely the locksmith I will call from now on.

    Radoslav replied to my emails quickly and was very professional. He showed up right on time and helped rekey 3 doors. Very polite, professional, and efficient. He went above and beyond to help readjust the alignment on our doors. Would highly recommend!

    Stiff Deadbolt

    Radoslav responded promptly to my message about a stiff/sticky deadbolt and gave me a few options and rates based on the information and photographs I provided. His response was detailed and considered, his rates were fair, and his availability good. Radoslav came out the following morning and was punctual, polite, and efficient. We are very pleased with our new deadbolt and the service provided, and would happily call Radoslav and LocksmithExpress again.
