I used them several weeks ago while moving to my new home and they did a splendid job. They arrived on time and began the work without wasting a single minute. They were flawless during the whole move. Plus they were very speedy and they charge modestly as well. Overall a good service.

I have a really great experience with Metropolitan Movers which has started from the first call and continue during whole communication with them. I have to highlight that movers were very professional and sensitive and tried to fulfill all my additional requests. I will deferentially recommend to work with these guys and make your move very smooth and headache- free.

I am the owner of a music studio previously in Edmonton, for business interests we decided to move to Calgary and we were in need of a very careful and experienced mover. We chose Metropolitan Movers due to recommendations from friends and family. The move itself was great! As you may now the equipment we use is extremly fragile and expensive so Metropolitan causing no damage whatsoever was an amazing trade off! The move took approximatly 2 days and was fast and clean and most importantly caused no damage to our equipment at all! Overall we had a great experience with Metropolitan movers!

Dealing with Metropolitan movers was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I was moving my furniture from a house in Burlington to another house in Oakville, just 10 Km apart. Over the phone I described the furniture to be moved in details and I was told that this is a job which requires 3-4 hours if I use 3 movers which costs 124$/h +HST + a flat rate of 100$ + HST for the truck. Based on this I hired them. To save time and money I did dissemble the furniture myself. On the agreed days the crew arrived almost on time however they were 3 young boys. I was surprised of their young age. They started the work slowly after having a 15 minutes tour in the house. Being too young and inexperienced they could not fit the furniture in one load and had to make a second load. They have damaged some stuff. They could not move some furniture to the basement of the new house which I did with my wife later. They did not have any tools for dissembling some of the furniture. They took breaks for a total of 2 hours. Finally, the move required 11hours and 40 minutes with a bill of 1794 CAD!!!! I was shocked because I moved the same furniture before and the cost was 700$ only. I called their coordinator called Nicole who told me that she will put a remark and I need to call the customer service the next day which I did. They asked me to send them an email with the details which I did. They responded after 2 weeks saying that they will do nothing about it and they ecnoureged me to call the coordinator Nicole again. I tried but she picked up the phone once, told me she is busy and will call back which she never did. Moreover she stopped picking up the phone. I'm trying to go after them legally but truly this is one of the worst experiences I've had in my life.

This is our second move with the Metropolitan company, first we moved to Quebec for work reasons but did not fit well, so we moved back to Toronto last month. Both times we used Metropolitan and each time they surpassed expectations. I am not an easy person to please but they did an efficient job, with no time wasted, and at a very good price in both occasions so they deserve my recommendation.

Finally, I got a chance to say Thanks for last weeks move you did for me.You did a great job for me.You have treated my items fragile and wrapped my things before moving it out.Moving is very stressful but with you guys, it all went well.Thanks again everyone. Thanks Metropolitan Movers! :)

Metropolitan was great for my move. As stressfull as moving into a new city is, the movers and the communication I recieved from the employees was truly great and eased a lot of my stress. They were quick, clean and effecient in moving my items and no damage was caused overall. Overall I had a great expereince with Metropolitan Movers and would definitly recommend them to freinds and family for they're quality and fast service.

When I find a company that deserves respect I make sure to give credit where credit is due, and Metropolitan have earned my respect. They were courteous, very timely and always respectful when handling my stuff. I had a few pieces that I forgot to mention and were not listed in the quote and the movers barely upped the total. Nothing got lost or broken and I would recommend this company to anybody.

On one of my co-worker referral I did business with the metropolitan movers to move to my new condo, it was worthing every single dollar I paid to them. The personnel was courteous and I had the confidence that all my belongings were handle with care and respect. Will definitely do business again ! Thank you guys !!!
