These guys are brutal, the worst customer service Ive ever experienced and I fly air canada! They broke my LG OLED TV valued at 2k and after two weeks of silence have offered me $100 The movers used a blanket to protect and during the move my bedside lamp fell onto the tv during transit cracking the screen. AVOID THEM

we hav eused Metropolitan Movers for a move from Brampton to New Delhi, the teams was professional and prompt on their communication \ compare to other movers who didnt even bother to quote us... Antoinette was great in handling all the schedule and the container administration, she was very polite and penitent when so discussed the process and details with us. The Agent in India mr.Jarpreet was also very professional and he a had a team of hard working men completing the move in New Delhi , Thank you Ravish, Antoinette , Leon and the rest of the team for helping with my move .. the Agent in India mr. A very bad experience. They showed up with a smaller truck then we ordered, hours late, and it turned out to be a couple guys they contracted out and not their official staff. We had to call a bunch of friends/family to help as the 2 people were not real movers and clearly couldn't do the job . The "movers" damaged the floor of the house and thankfully the new owner was tearing it up anyway and I didn't have to pay for. They scratched bookshelves and tables. They just didnt care at alla out our things. The worst part is that they held our stuff in the truck unless we paid them in cash first. In speaking with some guy on the phone from their main line, it came across so shady and he didn't seem to care.

The guys arrived an hour late. With a truck that had a broken loft gate. Wires hanging off and barely working.

What a smooth and efficient moving experience! Arthur and Veronica at the office, coordinated everything, and organized moving supplies, and reminders of times and dates. William and Philippe were professional, very helpful and very good natured. Couldnt ask for nicer and more capable people to help with the move. I would highly recommend this company

Costs 1. We were charged $50 more for the truck fee then originally quoted. 2. We were to be provided 5 wardrobe boxes at no extra cost. None were provided. When questioned about this was told it wasn't part of the quote even though I showed the quote that included it was. Finally, the crew leader agreed to provide; but, it took about 4 hours to get them. I believe one of the crew members went to a big box store and brought us 4 to use (one was damaged). To my surprise, they charged me $150 for these boxes. Professionalism 1. No floor runners were used in either location. 2. They disassembled the bed frames; but, did not reassemble. 3. Many cigarette butts were thrown on the ground, driveways, etc. in both locations. 4. The crew leader was constantly on the phone and distracted leaving only 2 other crew members to do most of the moving. 5. Found the crew leader sleeping on the job for approximately 45 minutes inside our house. Items 1. Multiple items were damaged (dents, scratches) and a mirror was broken. 2. Our hand dolly/truck that wasnt to be moved went missing from both locations. When questioned about this the next day when noticed it was missing was told that it ended up the truck accidentally. Was returned 2 days later.

This is my second time using Metropolitan Both experiences were absolutely fantastic Fast and friendly ~ both moves were situation difficult due to a divorce. The gentlemen both times were extremely supportive. My items were gently handled and carefully moved on and off the truck. They took great care of all my belongings I have highly recommended to my friends but Ill say it again This company is top notch! Excellent from the booking to the payment Im truly grateful Thank you so much

This was easy from start to finish. Timely, professional, gracious and friendly service. They were patient as I explained the particulars. They were committed to getting the job done as injad envisioned which was a relief. Highly recommend them.

Move was fine, the team had headphones on the entire time, not the fastest at loading the truck. Started billing before the third guy showed up. Werent prepared for the job - didnt know details and didnt bring water. Dont know the condition of the piano as its wrapped but it dropped with a bang on a couple occasions. I had measured it all out and knew it should fit in a 10x15 unit but they refused to try to unpack and said it needed to be at least double. I got a bigger unit (10x25). Refused to stack things high but even at their limited height everything took less than 13 - would have all fit so now Im stuck paying over $150 more a month for storage I dont need because of them. Do not recommend.

The movers were very unprofessional - they were on their phone the entire time and were incredibly inefficient. A move that should have been completed in 2 hours took nearly 4. They had no sense of spacial awareness and spent more time looking at the furniture than actually moving. In order to save time, my spouse and I started loading the carts to ensure we could get the move completed so we wouldn't need to pay for even more hours of work. We heard some crash when one of the movers were walking away, but didn't get any report of what happened, so we made nothing of it. However, when we looked at the furniture unloaded before they left, we noticed that they tried to hide the completely damaged furniture. Initially, they denied they destroyed our furniture, but eventually acknowledged they dropped the pieces. We tried to make a complaint online (as per the form) 3 weeks later, we heard nothing and kept trying to call to get information. This company is VERY unprofessional and I would never recommend to anyone.
