We are the owners of 3 rental buildings . We have used North Design for all our windows throughout the last several years, and will continue to use them. I am very satisfied with the look of the windows, it certainly adds value to our properties, Alex is very easy to deal with and he is a good honest man, his work speaks for itself.

Alex's company North Design Windows within one day changed 7 windows in the basement and on the main floor. Installation of new windows were brick to brick, including replacement of casing. Work was one quickly and professionally. We recommend this contractor

Alex did an excellent job in replacing the old windows and the new installations are looking solid. Prior to installation, he clearly provided a choice on window style and pricing. The pricing for the job was reasonable. He made sure to leave things the way they were around the house and the old windows were taken care of for disposal.

I ordered windows and the contractor who was supposed to install them bailed on me last minute. Alex came to save the day. He was very courteous and pleasant to deal with. He kept his word and stuck to the budget and time frame for installation. He did a fantastic job at installing and capping he also cleaned up afterwards. Thank you again Alex.

The quality and craftsmanship of work is outstanding, and above usual standard. I would never go to another installer after having North design windows install my windows.
