Alex has done two projects for us. A number of windows two years ago and two exterior doors this year. His pricing was good and no pressure. When we asked for a deeper sill he understood what we wanted and did the work for a nominal charge. We used him again for the doors because his work is exceptional. He comes on time, within budget and ensures that we are satisfied before leaving. We will use him again when we do our front door because we know that the quality of his work is excellent.

Alex did an excellent job to replace our basement windows and the price are very reasonable. Our builder screw up those windows so badly that it water leaking inside when it rain.

My Wife and I have been using North Design for the past 4 years. I gave Alexander one job to see the quality of his work and we were impressed. Alexander has done four jobs for us and the prices are great and the workmanship is second to none. I would recommend North Design to my friends and family.

Very happy with the service I received from Alex - I needed to replace the entire house and did so in 2 stages (fall and now spring). Alex was extremely professional when he came to quote and gave me various options to consider without any pressure. The work itself was fantastic - installation done on time and incredibly neat and tidy. The windows themselves look great and he was very accommodating with trim work that I asked for. I would highly recommend his services.

After shopping around for some time,I had the good fortune of finding North Design Windows a couple of years ago as I had to replace all the windows and a patio door at my house. The work was done in two stages,(over the span of 2 years) I have only praises for Alexander's workmanship,his highly competent professionalism,his honesty and ponctuality and cleanliness on the job site and would not even think twice recommending him to my neighbours.

We bought a fixer-upper and were looking to install new windows including a washroom window on the main floor. We went with North Design Windows to perform this job in Ottawa. As you can see from the picture the Window is crooked. Our carpenter, myself and my wife all showed him how the Window was crooked (with a level and tape measurer) he argued with us and refused to admit the mistake. It is unacceptable customer service given the obvious error. I am usually a calm individual but I don't have patience for people that don't admit their mistakes and fix the problem. The other windows were installed fine but, I would not recommend this company given the complete denial of an obvious mistake! DO NOT USE NORTH DESIGN WINDOWS.
