Drew & TJ did a great job. Installation done very professionally. Had an incident with our irrigation system during the furnace installation hence the 4 stars. Would have given 5 stars but until spring comes we need to have our irrigation accessed. Our sales representative, Jamie has assured us that this will be looked after come spring if there has been any damage. I am totally confident in his promise as we have worked with Jamie before. Will update review in the spring.

Rumii offered a $100.00 Tuneup on the Furnace and Furnace Family arrived on time and serviced the furnace and let me know that all was good.He was on time and professional and very curteous.Answered all of my questions.Very impressed.Thank You

Scott was personable and thorough and gave several good suggestions about our hot water tanks and furnace He even cut a "window" into the main furnace outlet vent to check the heat exchanger

We had both of our home furnaces replaced. Furnace Family is an excellent company! Very efficient, competitively priced and the installations were perfect. All lines, hoses, pipes etc. are all perfectly installed - neat and straight. Very much appreciate the superb workmanship by technicians Iannik, Richard and Mike as well as the informative initial meeting with Dave. I highly recommend Furnace Family for all HVAC needs.

Furnace stopped working. Next day service repair person arrived as scheduled. Tightened the little black box in our furnace. No problems since. Thank you for the quick response and great service.

Suddenly on Thursday there was no hot water. Because wed had excellent service from Furnace Family in the past I booked an appointment online with them late Thursday night. Scott, the employee wed had before, was at the house early on Friday afternoon. He worked diligently for 2 hours but wasnt able to locate the problem. Despite this, I would still call Furnace Family in future.

Professional on the phone, quick response on phone and email. Technicians were all professional, quick, cleaned up after themselves. My new furnace is running great and Im happy with my decision. I am very happy with my experience, from the quoting process to the installation of the equipment; everything was very professional. I would happily recommend this company and its staff to anyone in need of HVAC services. We had a new furnace, A/C, and humidifier installed.

I have a leak coming from my furnace. I called Furnace Family and was able to get an appointment for the date I wanted. The technician came, investigated and located the issue then made arrangements for the sales rep to come to my home the same day to give me an estimate of the repairs vs. replacement. Both the technician and sales rep were knowledgeable, professional and explained the issue and options for resolution. The information was clear and concise and they answered any questions I had. Still waiting on any possible warranty coverage before booking the repair/ replacement, but I highly recommend this company if you have any furnace issues.
