We've used Furnace Family for our annual furnace check-ups for several years and have always been happy with their service. Robin & Mitchell of Furnace Family installed a new air conditioning system in our home yesterday and they did a great job. We'll be using Furnace Family for all of our HVAC needs going forward. Highly recommended!

Technician Jeff cleaned condenser of A/C unit, replaced hoarding panel properly, re-programmed inside home thermostat, adjusted basement registers, as last time, arrived early, was friendly, efficient and completed service in timely manner, we are satisfied with the work today, thanks Jeff.

Robin and Kyle, Mitchell and Scott were all great. I couldn't ask for a better or a more efficient and conscientious team. They paid attention to details and made sure that everything was done neatly and right and pleasing to the eyes. My old Lennox furnace and Bradford White water tank both lasted 24 years without issue. Time will tell if the same product brands will live up to the same expectation. Am hopeful Furnace Family did the same exceptional job as those who installed my original Lennox furnace and Bradford White water tank. On to the next 20 years or so. And kudos to the Furnace Family team

Technician arrived an hour early ( WOW ) but first the company sent an email showing a picture of their employee and that he was on his way. He was very efficient and obviously knew what he was doing. After the service was complete he took time to explain to me what I could do to maintain the efficiency of our system. Very impressed.

I had our AC taken off the ground and mounted to the wall. The installers were friendly and professional they did a great job Thank you

The process from estimate to installation was very easy and unstressed. Jamie explained the options, answered our questions and helped us make an informed decision. The installation was done on the scheduled date by Drew who also was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The Furnace Family installed our garage heater at our precious home and I was equally happy with their service then. I gladly recommend them for hearing and air conditioning needs.

We wanted to replace our 25 year old furnace and install A/C, and replace the water heater. Our townhouse is a unique design with 4 levels and a lot of strange angles. Plus the utility room is a large cubbyhole in our garage. So lots of complex challenges. We arranged quotes from 4 different HVAC providers, all who were well established in the city and had good google reviews. The other companies we talked to, really fell very short when compared to Family Furnace, right from the start. Dave from Family Furnace spent a couple of hours on the first meeting, getting an understanding of the complex layout of our place plus lea rning where our heating/cooling issues were. Dave then then followed up with me a few times to ask more questions, to really ensure he had all the kinks worked out and there would be no surprises when the crew showed up. His professionalism and work ethic was really outstanding. After some discussions about options, their final quote for the work was about midrange of the other quotes. Dave ensured I knew exactly what to expect and how they were planning to do the work. And he was at our place when the install crew arrived to make sure they clearly understood the plan and the details of the complex job. Then Rory and his great crew completed the installation efficiently and professionally, and made sure we were satisfied with the outcome. Rory kept us informed every step of the way, and all worked out exactly as promised. Thanks so much to Furnace Family. We highly recommend their services.

Jamie did the initial assessment and he was an absolute pleasure to chat with. He was very knowledgeable and patient. He provided us a few options to go with and I never felt any pressure to commit from him. This was very much appreciated. Rory and Jordan did the bulk of the install for the basement furnace and Ron and Bryce joined later to help with the other furnace and the AC. They were all very professional and got to work as soon as they arrived. They managed to finish the job within 2 days. This involved removing and replacing 2 furnaces as well as adding an air conditioner. We really appreciated their communication with us. They would always double check things with us before proceeding if they werent sure what we wanted or envisioned. They were also very careful to not make a mess and even covered the floor and stairs with a mat. Jimmy ( electrician ) and Kevin ( plumber ) were also great to interact with. Jimmy walked us through the plan and made sure we were okay with it. Kevin made sure he was doing what we were imagining and came to ask us just to confirm the job. Furnace Family also registered the warranties for us which was a nice addition. We also got the reference numbers for the inspections in a timely matter and those both passed without any issues. We had a great experience with Furnace Family from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
