Furnace Family was great when they helped us out a couple years ago when our furnace went out in the middle of winter, so when we decided to get A/C they were our first choice and again they were fantastic. We had our initial appointment with sales manager Dave who was knowledgeable and pleasant with no greasy sales tactics. The technicians, Tyler and TJ, were punctual and professional and we are very pleased with their workmanship. All estimates in regards to price and time were spot on too.

Three hours after I contacted Jamie at Family Furnace he arrived at the doorstep. He did an examination of our home and discussed the possibilities for furnace replacement. By the time he left I had four estimates for suitable systems. The installation team arrived on time and worked systematically at the installation. When choices were necessary they explained the options carefully and followed our wishes. They cleaned up meticulously and were always respectful of being in our home. The resulting system works well as Jamie had described. All of our contacts with Family Furnace were pleasant and helpful. I can strongly recommend Family Furnace to you if you are looking to replace a heating system.

I have had furnace family to my home 3 separate times: hose bib change, new furnace and humidifier, and most recently, a new hot water tank all in the last 2 years. I can not tell you the peace of mind it gives a female homeowner to have 1 competent and consistently professional company take care of everything from start to finish with no headaches, ever.
