    New A/C install

    Needed new A/C install for the new home. Chris came with the best deal in town for Daikin FIT system. Installers did a great job and Chandler followed up with any questions/concerns. Furnace Family is professional and pleasant to work with. I'd recommend them to anyone! Can't wait for a hot summer to turn my new A/C on.

    New control panel for furnace

    Great job I thought it was very expensive If a repair is needed I do not think the customer should be charged for the $149 call out fee, if nothing is done the charge is fair, more than likely because of that charge I will not call furnace family in the future

    Furnace Replacement

    TLDR: I had a great experience with Furnace Family from the start to finish of my furnace replacement. It all started when my furnace decided to cause trouble on New Years Eve. Of the companies who offered emergency services, I was really impressed with Furnace Family because I was able to speak directly to a technician (not just a call center) who narrowed own what was going on over the phone and what most likely needed to be fixed, as well as alleviate some of the concerns I had after consulting Google to figure out what was wrong. At this point my furnace was still kind of working so they were honest I was lower priority for that cold night and unsure when they could look at it. They said they would check in later to see how it was holding up and they did exactly that. By that time my furnace definitely went kaput and the technician was able to fit me in that night for a fix. Based on the age of my furnace and another major part being on it's last legs I decided to look into replacement and I was told, during the emergency visit, that Furnace Family would refund the cost of the part that was fixed during that call if I had them replace my furnace. I still had a few quotes done but went with Furnace Family because the estimator told me exactly what the process would be down to the detail, answered all of my questions, and, I think, gave honest information regarding my furnace options. As an added bonus, their quote was the lowest of the ones I recieved and they honoured the part refund with out hassle. The high quality service continued for install as well. The technicians were friendly, efficient and did exactly what I was told needed to be done by the estimator. They walked me through everything they did, what paperwork I would need for inspection, how to change furnace and humidifier filter, and the new thermostat. They left no trace behind, were very respectful of my home, and answered all my questions. Payment was super easy and the cost was exactly what I was quoted. So, overall, I highly recommend Furnace Family and will definitely use them for future services.

    Furnace Fix

    My furnace stopped working and I needed it fixed fast. The company sent out a technicianwithin an hour who gave me a couple of options, I was grateful I had a higher and lower cost option. The tech repaired my sensor and got the furnace running in under an hour. I would definitely recommend them. The service and price were excellent.

    New furnace and thermostat installment

    Happy with speed and installation but was not thoroughly informed how to change filter and operating instructions for newly installed thermostat

    Furnace service call

    Called for technician to check on noise coming from 7 month old furnace, reply was quick and technician arrives 2 days later. Richard was very personable, knowledgeable and honest. He first checked my filter and immediately changed it, luckily he had a replacement with him. He checked the rest of the components out and couldn’t find anything else wrong. He made some recommendations on routing my piping, I told him that’s what I wanted done when it was installed, will be contacting furnace family again to make a few changes. Overall good service.

    freezing cold

    furnace broke down while -30 outside - came for a reapir but needed a new furnace-lent me space heaters till they could come out- removal of old and installation of new took most of a day - workers polite - competent and left the house clean. Went to them as they had installed an AC unit in the summer with the same type of workers. Would recommend them any day

    New furnace and ac unit

    We were very pleased with the insulation of the furnace and ac unit. Chris M. was very professional and went out of his way to accomadate us. The installers, Drew, Keegan and Connor were very effiecient in installing the furnace and ac unit. They cleaned everything before leaving and during the cold weather the house did'nt get cold. We certainly would recommend them to anybody that is needing a furnace or an ac unit. Thank you all for the positive exprience. Sincerely, Art and Leona Larison
