James, master electrician, did an outstanding job. James took the time to understand our needs first. He put in a new electrical panel and cleaned up the former mess. The new work looks very neat. He went above and beyond re fixing the kitchen wiring issue and other miscellaneous work with we requested. We would highly recommend James to anybody else. Thank you James.

I was lucky enough to get Matt on the day I called the company. He was friendly and assessed the problem and replaced my light switches that were flickering /electrical socket that it turns out wasn't grounded properly when house was built. One of the new switches turned out to be faulty and still causing an issue. Once I reported it he was back almost immediately with a replacement switch and all working perfectly now. I can see again!! Thanks Matt!

Sarah was great at listening to my concerns , Stephan called and discussed issues with me and when I could not resolve them, came out and made fine adjustments that seem to have fixed the problem. He explained what he was doing, why, and how it should help. Before leaving he made sure I understood what was done. Excellent service at a very reasonable cost!

Aaron arrived yesterday to check the furnace and get it started. He also noted the Drain Pan was leaking and he came back today to replace. Very nice young man, polite, personable, sincere and put me at ease and made me comfortable. This is third time to use Furnace Family and I would highly recommend Aaron.

We heard the owner in 630 ched talking about a Lennox ultimate system we bought it and wow is our home is amazingly comfortable. Furnace Family definitely did a great job and delivered big time. We got all the Lennox rebates. Thanks guys will definitely will recommend you.

We heard the owner on 630 ched Saturday show and liked his passion. Called for a quote had a sales guy come out no pressure at all we had another quote from Reliance and holy high pressure sales. The install guys were great you could tell they love what they do. Cleaned up like they were never there and explained how it all works. I could not have asked for a better experience. Bravo great job.

We noticed our house was getting cooler as morning went on. When I turned up furnace nothing happened. It wasn’t working at all. We called Furnace Family as our neighbour had them install a new furnace a bit ago, had told us companies name. We were given an estimated time someone should be out, which they were! Kevin was very pleasant, knowledgeable answering any questions. He explained what needed to be replaced (computer board), ran to get one coming back quickly. Finished in time frame he quoted, very efficient! We have two dogs whom he was very comfortable with as well.

Our furnace died on a cold night and no one was answering, furnace family answered and had it fixed. They recommend a new furnace as ours was really old they came a few days later and installed a new Lennox, explained how to use it and how to look after it. Amazing service from the first contact to the completed job. Highly recommended this company!!!

Extremely professional and pleasant, this company far exceeded our expectations. Even though it was not an emergency, an appointment was booked the same day and the technician even called to check if an earlier time worked for us. The repair was completed efficiently and the price was very fair for the service provided.
