I recently had Liam from Furnace Family come out and inspect both my furnaces and AC unit. He was incredibly helpful and walked me through all the points of inspection, would 10/10 have him back for futures services.

Repair done quickly and efficiently. Matthew was very courteous and explained what the repair would cost before install of the capacitator. Also recharged the system and gave it a cleaning. . I will need a new furnace and air conditioner in the near future ( as ours are 23 years old) and will certainly give the furnace family priority.

This was a one year check up on our new furnace, AC and water heater. Technicians make sure they call before coming, they arrive on time, they send reminders and the technicians are friendly, courteous and competent. Their prices are comparative but you won't have to worry the service not being there if/when you need it. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

Bought this house as a new home. Having the original furnace was a bonus. We lowered our offer and now replaced a noisy clunky money burning heating device with a balanced comfortable living space we can control from our phone. And it fits what we want for comfort, quietness and no fuss automatic running. The whole Furnace Family family from online contact to providing options and the team that spent the time to install again asking for options on where to place things, how it might look, and explaining each step with the impact we could expect was outstanding. I worked with my father in construction and uncles in the trades and dealt with great furnace people but it was always this is what we have, it’s a great price and we’ll show up to the door to install it as soon as we can load it on the truck. There was nothing that Furnace Family did that I couldn’t do if I wanted to get a cheaper unit and install it myself. I had a concern on sourcing everything that would be needed and getting the permits and inspections in a timely manner. I didn’t have to line up to apply, acquire or get rid of things. Or research where to find. The work was done beautifully and by happy family crew members. The pride in the details to get it the way we liked was their focus.

Knowledgeable about furnaces, air conditioners and how to service and repair. Prices are reasonable and the service is excellent, go the extra mile to ensure that things are done right. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend the services of the Furnace Family. James installed my new thermostat and provided excellent service at a very fair price. He arrived on time and did a superb job. I am very impressed with the integrity, work ethic, and service of the Furnace Family.

I chose this company because they were recommended by my neighbor. They were courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, business like, gave all options and answered any questions with no pushy sales talk. Office staff are wonderful and installers very considerate and so hard working. They protected and covered flooring, answered any questions and all worked so well together, not wasting any time. They removed my 48 year old furnace and 25 year old hot water tank and disposed of them. As a senior I had many questions that probably didn't make much sense but they were so polite and patient with me. I would recommend them anytime. All 3 Chris's are wonderful! Thank you so much!

Once again Furnace Family comes through! Jay did a great job in assessing the situation and getting us connected with Kevin, who fixed the problem right away. I didn't have to worry about a thing. I definitely recommend this crew.

Annual a/c maintenance for 13 year old system. Showed up when they said they would. Did all necessary tests, cleaned unit. Didn’t do unnecessary tests or try to upsell us. Discovered failing capacitor. Didn’t have one in truck, came back next business day and replaced it. A/C unit starts up faster. Didn’t charge me for second trip. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Have used them for furnace preventative maintenance before. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or to recommend them.

Last year,I decided to select Furnace Family to replace my old school furnace with the new style(vent lines). As my house was built in the 1970's running vent lines with the correct slope is a challenging endeavor. The team that Mark sent were top notch. They were professional, knowledgeable, and sincerely cared about any concerns I may have had. They also were on time, and went beyond what was expected to improve my heating comfort. I would definitely recommend Furnace Family, and use them again...which I did. Just added a water tank. I again was left completely satisficed by the workmanship, and the installers Covid precautions. Thanks Mark and team involved
