We had a Lennox system installed last week really good job for a great price. We went with this company based on reviews and they delivered big time.Highly recommend them for your next project.

This was our year to get AC and not want to wait till summer. Dave came in to give us a price he was thorough and very casual not like the other high pressure company. The job of putting it in went very well the guys knew exactly what they were doing. We had a really good feeling about this company from the first call to the job complete.

Today I talked to on call technician as my home furnace was not working. His name was Jeff. He came to my home at the time he promised and fix the furnace very fast. Thanks Jeff!!

Needed help on this super cold weekend, called a big company all I got was a call center. Furnace family answered the phone actually spoke to the guy that was coming out. Fixed my furnace and even offered a refund on the job if we bought a new furnace in the next 30 days. Makes this very stress free.

Had the power service upgraded, Dave was professional and very knowledgeable. The job went very well and the price was fair. I definitely would recommend them for any kind of electrical work. When he ran into a small problem it was resolved quickly.

This company is that golden needle in the haystack. Honest, respectful, professional and fair pricing. After a recent inspection of my furnace it was made known to me that I had a gas leak from the valve and a few other minor issues. After calling around this became a molehill blown up into a mountain and I started searching for pricing for a new furnace. That is when I met Dave, Home Comfort Advisor/Sales Manager at Furnace Family. One hundred percent honest and a genuinely good person. He led me to one of their technicians, Jeff. Professional, knowledgeable, and another genuinely good person. My situation is all fixed. It was done in a very timely manner and with a great company. Great job by Furnace Family! My tenants had no heat and it turned out I needed a new furnace. Jay took care of things and made sure the tenants could stay warm until the new furnace was installed. Dave organized everything and a couple of days later Monty got the new furnace installed and brought everything up to code. Fantastic service at a reasonable price!!

Furnace Family is the most organized professional company I have had the pleasure of working with. Called in and scheduled a time for a repair we had no heat. Got a text with the Tech's picture and name introducing himself and letting me know he is on the way, very cool. Upon arrival he figured out what was the problem and fixed it in half an hour, the price was very reasonable. Recommend a few things to make the house more comfortable. Great people make a great company. Highly recommend and already have.
