I applied online for a price and date of delivery for a new furnace: 11 a.m. They called in 1 hour - and said a rep was nearby and could meet at 3 p.m.! He was a polite, clear, candid person. His estimate was almost 30% less than the furnace's sibling we bought 4 years ago from the natgas co.- we need 2 for our 2500 sq. ft. home. Literally 22 hours since I first wrote FF, 3 delightful young men - with great humor and unimaginable politeness came bearing the new furnace, materials, tools in 3 trucks to install the new heater and haul away the 60-year old dinosaur in my basement. They left 5 hours later, not a dot of dust showing them had ever come. Hard, fast work with endless grins and smiles. Tomorrow the few remaining pipes will be installed after precise cutting. Now, one day after I reached out, an hour after shaking hands and exchanging best wishes, it is 21 C in the huge front half of the house. No wonder this company is rated so highly. I made French Press coffee for 1 guy, while another borrowed my microwave for 2 minutes, 3 times to heat his lunch and snack kit. My bathroom was politely requested 3 times, too, and when they left, the room was spotless. Now, I hate goo-goo surveys almost as much as I detest crabby, grifting, slow, late, or unreliable service people. Furnace Family's family of workers is one recommend. Imagine: 1 day, 5 big, and I'm smiling. I never smile over service or purchases. Thanks, guys. What a fine transaction.

Our furnace broke down on a weekend and other companies that I called were not answering the phone. Furnace Family did and got out here fast and did a great job. Very professional and even gave us a few pointers on making the house more comfortable. Call them you won't be sorry.

We’re very pleased with the service that Furnace Family provided. Jerry was very helpful assessing the problem with our old furnace and was able to get it working well enough to give us some time to make our decision about replacing it. Jaime is a very knowledgeable sales person who provided clear information about our options for a new furnace and hot water system. Ross and Jared did an excellent job of installing our two-stage furnace and tankless hot water system. Everyone we dealt with at Furnace Family was highly professional and trustworthy. We are glad we chose Furnace Family.

Dave at Furnace Family is a fantastic guy. I had different companies came to do the estimations. Dave not only matched/beat all the other offers, gave me a bigger furnace and hot water tank, he also explained things to me patiently. He answered all my questions before and after the installation promptly. They did a wonderful job for my parents' house two years ago. I have them installed my furnace and hot water tank this time. I will recommend you give Dave a call at Furnace Family. Not like many other companies who will only come during the day time, Dave came to do the estimation in the evening, and installed my furnace and tank on Saturday without extra cost.

When we met with Jamie from Family Furnace , we were very impressed with his presentation on the benefits of a new 2 stage Lennox furnace and humidifier. He explained not only the benefits, how the system functioned but also required maintenance procedures. It was for this reason we chose Family Furnace. The installation crew of Monty and Jay were professional and courteous. We had to leave before the installation was complete but felt comfortable leaving the two gentlemen to finish the installation. Furnace Family was amazing,we got multiple quotes from other companies but Dave the sales guy was very thorough and actually sold us less than we wanted. The installers worked like skilled masters. Our home is now way more comfortable and clean with the better filter we had installed. Great job Furnace Family !

Today Richard came and fixed a couple of things on our furnace. He is kind, friendly and helpful! The price was excellent and service was amazing!! I would highly recommend them!!

Had a furnace installed by Furnace Family simply amazing service from our sales guy who was the most honest of them all I think his name was Dave. The workers were very good and made sure to look after our home. Very happy with Furnace Family.

Had a Goodman furnace installed great job really honest sales guy and very nice installation.The that put it in even took the time to explain how to look after it. What a super company, highly recommend!
