We just had our furnace replaced by Furnace Family. Dave took the time to ensure that we understood the process and the costs involved and made the whole transaction very comfortable for us. The installers, Ross and Tyler, were very professional and thorough and completed the job efficiently and effectively. I would recommend Furnace Family to anyone!

Price is fair -workers were pleasant, professional and on time. As a service and install manager myself I was impressed. They called prior to coming. Install is neat and tidy. Took about six hours start to finish.

Our rental property had a furnace/thermostat issue on a Sunday evening. I searched the web and found The Furnace Company with great reviews. I called and they answered right away and promptly arrived at the residence. Problem fixed within a half hour. Happy tenants called to say everything was done and that the tech Jeff was such a nice guy. I mentioned that the company had good reviews and they said they agree. Service was great. Good job Jeff. I rated a 4 out of 5 only because I have to pay the bill, but than it was a cold Sunday evening. I guess the good service is worth the price.

Very satisfied with this company. Dave L. the sales manager was able to immediately diagnose a problem with our 20 yr. old furnace that another company could not. He showed us our options & let us decide on a mid-range energy efficient furnace. I was impressed that he didn't try to push us towards a more expensive furnace we did not want or need. Jeff R. came out to replace our blower motor that went before we could get the new furnace installed. We appreciate his work as well as Ross & Matt who installed our new furnace & all the rest of the Furnace Family behind the scenes that have made us happy with our choice.

My furnace stopped working all of a sudden in the cold weather of -24°C, phoned Mr. Richard and he was courteous and polite attending my call and informed that Mr. Jeff(Technician) would give me show up. Mr. Jeff was prompt and very polite when he reached my house and he took sufficient time to investigate and informed me in detail regarding the issue and instilled in me a courage of not to worry and he fixed the glitch which occurred on the motherboard of the furnace heater which relieved me of worry in this cold weather. I'm very much indebted to Mr. Jeff and the furnace family for their prompt response and would certainly recommend them to all for their service and promptness. Thank you very much

I had 7 furnaces replaced in my rental properties and could not be happier. From Taryn in the office helping with financing, Dave the salesman figuring out the best units for my needs, and Matt/Ross for doing an amazing job with the installation. This team really inspires confidence in product quality and installation. I especially appreciated the installers, Matt and Ross, for their attention to detail and courteous/ honest work ethic.

We had our furnace replaced last week. What a great experience. Dave the estimator was very informative and made great recommendations. He told us how job was going to be done and the installers were superb. Did a clean job and explained everything. I will be buying a AC this spring and have already referred a friend.super service thanks !!

Service person (Jeff) was timely, punctual, provided thorough communication, highly knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly. This company clearly understands what it means to be a 'service' provider. The value-for-money was stellar!

We came home to no heat and tried calling multiple company's and only got voice mail or a pushy call center. Rich answered the phone and came out within the hour, diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. Great service !!! Highly recommend !!
