Dave came out on May 24 for our air conditioning quote and gave us options with his recommendations. We did our own homework and basically Dave's recommendations were in line with what we wanted. We booked the install and on May 31, Matt and Iannick came out and did a fantastic job. They cared about the aesthetics of the A/C install outdoors as well as the hookup inside. Extremely professional work. Matt and Iannick both very pleasant and personable to deal with. After they left, Dave the electrician came by to do his bit. Another fantastic employee. Furnace Family's client service is "Above and Beyond". We would recommend this company without hesitation. Very, very happy customers.

Fantastic company! It started off with Dave who came in to give us a quote. He was very knowledgeable and very honest and did not try to sell us something we didn't need. His quote beat the other company's quote we got by a good chunk for the same equipment. Not even a week later we had the installers at our house. Ross, Ryan and a third guy (sorry, forgot his name) were AMAZING! SUPER friendly and polite and they always had a smile on their face. They spent most of the day installing a hot water tank, furnace and AC and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. They left everything clean and neat after they left. The whole experience was awesome and we have no complaints whatsoever...HIGHLY recommend this company.

We had got a few bids to get a new furnace and AC, did not care for the estimator from the big companies, way too pushy. When we met Dave we knew we were in good hands his knowledge was great and it was nice to hear all the old staff from The Furnace Company is back together again. The install went very well and the guys were really nice. We got a good deal, a great job and Even Airmiles great group of people !!!

Furnace Family gave me a fair quote and arrived on time to do the work. The company that originally installed the furnace, air conditioner, and hot water tank did a poor job. Matt and Iannik corrected what had been done wrong and made it look like a professionally done job. Thank you Furnace Family!!!

We are happy with our install. Matt was totally awesome, very professional and explained what he did (install). Richard came to start up the AC and he was also very professional and helpful. Will recommend these guys any day! The office guys can be more efficient though.

Matt and Jannick installed the a/c today, they were on time, pleasant, knowledgeable and quick. Great install, would recommend. Price was right for a Lennox. Install was neat and tidy with no mess.

Had multiple bids for addind A/C to my existing furnace did not realize how important proper size is.Dave explained the system so well we had no sought we were in good hands. Great job by the installers very clean and friendly. Really get the FAMILY feel.

I contacted The Furnace Family on Easter Sunday and talked to a gentleman named Dave, who came the next day to provide a quote for a new furnace. He was very knowledgable in the business. Dave claimed the installers are professional and take a lot of pride in there work, he showed me pictures of previous installs identifying the quality of workmanship. I am in the construction industry and understand what quality is and know that not all tradesmen take pride in what they do, so we decide to proceed with the Furnace Family. I was concerned about installing a new furnace because my furnace room is very small and the space is very congested. My house is a split level and due to the layout they had to run the dual discharge piping out to the roof. I know this would be a task for an experienced installer. The scheduled date of install, the installers Ross and Tyler arrived on time and were very respectable and friendly, They got right at it and knew what they were doing, the two of them work well together and completed in 6 hours will all the additional work required from your normal type installation. I am not sure if it possible, but if you purchase a furnace from The Furnace Family, I would request Ross and Tyler for the install. All and all I am very impressed with the sale, installation and the clean they provided. It was like they weren't even here. As well all the added work involved, there was no additional cost.
