    New Furnace and AC

    We had our furnace replaced and a air conditioner added by Furnace Family can't say enough nice things about them. Our sales guy Dave led us through the decision process of what our home needed everyone else was just there to sell. Our experience for a boring purchase was great call them !!!!!!

    furnace replacement

    we bought a townhouse and found one of the things it had to offer was a lennox furnace that was 37 years old. An inspection unearthed the fact that the heat exchanger was cracked and it needed to be replaced. My wife had seen the advertisement for the Furnace Family on the television so checked out reviews and was very impressed at what she had read. She called them and after a short chat with Dave had him over to give us a quote. He was very easy to talk to and explained everything very well in regards to what the different furnaces had to offer and the benefits we could expect. Ross and Matt showed up this morning and installed the new furnace. They were prompt, very pleasant to chat with, professional, and did an absolutely fantastic job. They removed the old furnace and some redundant piping, fixed the electrical, replaced the improper exhaust piping with new pipe for the water heater, repaired the water connection as they had not been installed properly, turned the new furnace around 180 degrees from what the old one was installed, installed a new flow through humidifier. All in all the job was done quickly, it looks very good, everything was double checked and confirmed that it all operated properly. They cleaned everything up and took me on a tour to show me what all they had done and how it all worked. I would highly recommend Furnace Family and their team if you need a furnace replaced. The final price was exactly what was quoted and they had done more than I had expected

    New furnace

    I had Furnace Family replace old furnace, what a great experience from Dave the sales guy to my installers Ross and Matt everyone was great. They went above and beyond my expectations. Furnace Family was great !!!!!

    Furnace Installation

    Needed a new furnace, and chose the furnace family due to great reviews. Matt and Ross installed a new furnace and explained the related adjustments in my home to provide the most efficient operation of the equipment. I'd highly recommend them to friends and family.

    Super quick

    We had our furnace malfunction after a security system was installed. New thermostat was faulty. When the house got cold we called and technician Mark? Was there in 20 minutes. Super efficient and very friendly!!! They will definitely be my go-to furnace repair for both me and my 2 kids family in Edmonton from now..

    new furnace

    Can't say enough about the service I got from this company, from the salesman (Dave) to the installers (Ross and Matt) They answered all my questions and explained everything they were doing. Thanks so much for making this whole process as pleasant as possible

    Furnace repair

    It started with the phone call into the shop, great customer service and it trickled down to the Tech who came to my house for the repairs . Jeff was amazing great personality and he explained everything he was doing with a great sense of humor. I had been out of heat for a couple of days and after searching and reading reviews I narrowed to The Furnace Family. Highly recommend

    new furnace

    We had Furnace Family change our furnace last week. what a great experience, from the no pressure super knowledgeable sales guy Dave to the install crew everyone was great. We were kept in the loop the whole time. I would highly recommend!!!

    Furnace Replacement

    We got a new furnace and AC installed last week what a amazing experience. Dave came out to give us a estimate funny thing we bought a furnace 10 years ago from him when he was at The Furnace Company. We stopped using that company after Reliance took over and customer service went down hill. Come to learn Furnace Family is the old owner of Furnace Company... Customer service is back in Edmonton. Install went great guys explained every step. We could not be happier go with this company you won't be disappointed !!!!!

    Furnace had no heat

    Was one of the only companies willing to come same day service which was great. He did a few test and found that the pressure switch was faulty. He was well prepared and had a spare in his truck and replaced. Only issue is it wasn't covered under warranty because convienently the company has a policy to look into warranty is 60$ charge if they didn't do the initial instal. Part was 50$ so made sense to just pay for part.
