I would just like to let everyone know the experience I had with Dave the salesman , Tyler and Matt the installers. I have been a manager for many years myself and have worked with the public all my life. I must say from dealing with Dave which was a change in regards to no pressure and your options according to your budget and the turn around time was amazing. he basically gives you the options with your budget and lets you decide in the end.He will show you the differences but not once did I ever feel I was being up sold. The install which took place only four short days after I decided to go with the deal and it was so smooth and professional. Tyler and Matt are a asset to this company as it is rare to find people like this who should so much pride in their work as if it was their own home. I would like to thank all of you for a outstanding job and I do know who to call in the future and have no problems recommending your company especaily with the people you have working .

made an emergency call because furnace was not working properly he got here about an hour later and fix it . He was quick , professional and very friendly I would highly recommend this company

Not only was the work fantastic, Jeff (super service tech) went above and beyond - explaining some fundamentals and providing future furnace tips!

I'm happy about their service particularly to their technician Jeff. Nice guy and he knows what he's doing and knowledgeable. He showed up less than an hour after my emergency call. Price is decent. Thank you Jeff Ford bringing back the heat in our house! Thank Family Furnace too..

Annual check up. We first met Jeff when he responded in the evening to fix our Grand daughter's furnace while she was on vacation. Excellent work and service. Fixed the problem there and then came and worked on ours. Highly recommended!

Pilot light was going out periodically. Quick cleaning resolved issue. Service repair person was very personal and informative.
