Excellent experience throughout the estimator Ross, to the installers, Jordan and Daniil. Everything, every step of the way was explained thoroughly and the quality of the work was fantastic. What was estimated to be a 2 day job was accomplished in 1 day with a lot of time explaining everything to me. I cannot say enough good things about them.

Had a concern with our furnace not lighting correctly all the time, and with winter closing in, it was concerning. Had used Furnace Family to install our AC and they did a great job, so I called for my furnace concerns. Phoned in at 9:40am to ask for someone to come out. By 10:12 a tech was calling to come in and check out the problem, he arrived 10 minutes later and work was all completed by 11:15. Problem found, identified and fixed to our satisfaction Very satisfied by the response, the tech and the overall experience.

Last winter Furnace went out in the middle of a cold Friday night. I called and messaged a few well known Edmonton Furnace companies that offer 24 HR Emergency Service on their websites. Heard back from NO ONE except for the Furnace Family and repairman came out as soon as he could after assisting a few others in line first on the weekend. The same Technician came out last week when I called for a maintenance check on my Furnace so that hopefully there is no emergency outage this year. Nice guy - super helpful and professional and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend.

I had Furnace Family come and do the fall check up on our furnace. Called ahead, punctual, completed service in timely manner. Overall very friendly and great service.

We had just moved to Edmonton and were looking for a contractor to upgrade our Furnace , Hot Water tank and install a water Softener. Our Son-in-law had used Furnace Family and gave them a strong recommendation. Their staff were amazing ; friendly, professional and knowledgeable. It was also obvious that they took a lot pride in their workmanship and the finished job showed it. The Furnace Family crew EARNED their 10 stars.

With a nod to Atco Gas for the referral, we used their Rumi service for repair to our furnace, as it was short cycling. This means that the furnace kept restarting during the heating cycle, causing wear and tear. it took the technician approximately an hour to identify the problem and the new part in. Disconcerting part, was that no matter what part needed replacing, the price was going to come to $1000 or more, we were informed. The work is done, and the problem is fixed, for which we are very thankful. Yet, I still have not received an invoice for my payment with a breakdown of what was done and what was charged for between the service, which we were told would be $199 and the part, which we were told would be $1000 regardless of what it was, which always leaves some aspect of uncertainty in the minds eye. Those two aspects are the result of this more dubious review in stars.

Called The Furnace Family for a furnace that quit working after regular business hours. Their phones are directed to the on call serviceman. After talking to him we decided to wait until the next day to avoid any after hours call out charges as we had an alternate heat source to get through to the next day. Even though they were extremely busy, they were able to send someone out by noon that following day. The technician trouble shot the problem and had the furnace back up and running. Ive used Furnace Family a few times now for different reasons and highly recommend them over other companies Ive used in the past. Furnace Family will always be my first choice.

Technician arrived as scheduled. Quality work was completed. We were very pleased with the workmanship. Furnace Family is a very easy and reliable company to do business with. Highly recommend them.

We have an older furnace that still work great to heat our small home (under 900 sq ft), the service tech never tried to sell us a new furnace, or talk us into one. He fixed the problem, gave us some helpful instructions and was awesome.
