Furnace Family replaced our aging furnace with a Lennox 296EL. Their price was very competitive, but what sets them apart from other companies is their customer service and their technicians. Over the years, we have used many companies, and Furnace Family is the first one that we wanted to do a review on to spread the word. Furnace temperature has been intermittently lower than set. Rico cleaned the furnace flame sensor. We expected much worse news and we are hoping that was the only issue, but if not, we will definitely call them again!

The problem was the fire place will not come on. Technician looked at the fire place and immediately knew the problem, the wall switch. He explained the problem and was out in ten minutes.
