Original drainage leaking. It was the weekend, I was stressed and freaking out. They called me right back. Made plans for being onsite Monday and were on time and professional. Assessed out needs and quoted a reasonable price. The team that came the very next day Chris and Austin) were amazing. Professional quality work. They were in and out a lot faster than I expected. Called Jason up to do his usual good work. We had a small bathroom that needed an update. Jason helped us make a crowed small space, into a nice place to be. His crew is very professional, he uses skilled trades in all of the appropriate areas. Protected the floors and carpeted stairs at the beginning of the Job. Kept the work area clean. I was extremely pleased with the service received from PlumbWize technician Chris. He was polite, friendly and very competent. My toilet issue (shut off value not opening after I turned it off to change the flapper) was resolved within an hour, including parts, and I found the pricing to be very fair. I have used Plumbwize for several years for various projects at home and at my rental properties. Jay, Zack and the team are always friendly and polite. They are very knowledgeable and have dealt with renovation projects as well as maintenance and repair. Recently I had Chris and Austin for a renovation project at my daughter's new house. They dedicated a couple of days to roughing in a full 3 piece bathroom and kitchenette in the basement as well as complete master bathroom Reno requiring relocation of everything and installation of a steam shower. Outstanding and quick service. We were having sewer backup problems in our home and I called PlumbWize to solve the issue. They called us back within 45 minutes of our original call and made appointment for next day. Chris from Plumbwize came on time, and was able to clear the major blockage.
