They did a great job explaining why I needed to replace my old one (burning smell, builder original, fire hazard). New sump been working great now!

We had a water and sewer flood during the July 2024 flood in Burlington. I called Plumbwize and Jason came to the house to give me a quote. He explained everything in detail to my wife and I. Chris and Austin arrived the day Jason said and completed the work within the two days that Jason quoted. The job was fantastic and when Chris and Austin finished, they left with the basement cleaner then when they arrived. Chris also purchased us coffee. Jason and Joanna also took care of all the permitting and the paperwork that the city required for the subsidy. I definitely recommend Plumbwize and will call them for my next job.

Jason was amazing! We had a problem with our sewage tank on the weekend. Jason took the time to talk to us and explain to us what the problem might be and helped us out by providing suggestions on what we could do. We are so impressed, will definitely be using them and referring their services to all our friends.

I rely a lot of reviews in choosing service or merchandize. That's how I found PlumbWize and I was beyond satisfaction from the first communication with one of the owners, Jason, via iphone msg and calls. He gave me a very fair price on Kohler as compared to another plumbing company who quoted me a similar price on a brand I seldom heard of and not much info on the internet. No prepayment required and I could pay with Visa with no additional charge. More importantly, the team of two assigned to my project on the day was not only punctual, professional and efficient, they were cheerful and friendly, especially the team lead Jesse. I have added PlumbWize to my phonebook for future needs since I'm now a Burlington resident.

Helped me out tremendously when a I had to replace my sanitary line. It had developed problems a year later and they were right there to address the problem working diligently over 2 days to pinpoint a problem that originated on the city side of the line. Chris came two days in a row with a positive attitude and cheerfully disposition. My go to guys for all my plumbing needs!!

Today PlumbWize sent Jesse and his assistant to my place to do a leak inspection. Their service was fantastic. Not only did they find the leak but they also helped to identify wider issues caused by my recent renovations. Jesse assisted by providing a report to me of what he found. Jesse was very helpful and answered my questions and concerns with knowledge and honesty. He is a great employee for your company and deserves top marks for his work.

From start to finish, the office and Jesse were excellent! We had a major leak that Jesse capped. When Jesse was able to return to fix the problem he did so in a very courteous and informative manner. I would recommend PlumbWize to anyone. 5 STARS for sure.

Chris did a great job at tackling miscellaneous plumbing jobs such as redoing the plumbing for a badly done job by a previous installer. They charge less for labour for any additional jobs needing done so worked out well for us since we had 3 for him to do.

Chris and Austin fixed my leaking toilet, replaced the water line, put in a new flapper and toilet fill valve, and even tightened the toilet and toilet seat. They were in and out in around 15 minutes, and left the area clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
