We had been having ongoing issue with a leaking bathtub. We were using a different company at the time and they were unable to resolve the issue. At that time we reached out to Plumbwise. Jason, Zach, Paul and their team were able to quickly identify and resolve the issue. Just a few days later the water heater broke. They sent out a technician immediately again, and resolved the issue. This company is friendly, efficient and professional. They respected the Covid-19 policies we have in place at all times. I will not only continue to use this recommend this company, but I will also recommend them to anyone who has plumbing issues. Thank you

Chris and Marco did a fantastic job quickly locating the leaking pipe behind the wall in my basement and completing the repair in less than an hour. They cleaned up the area before leaving. I called in the morning and was relieved they could come that very afternoon to help me out. I will definitely call again if I have a need for a plumber.

We noticed water backing up through our floor drain in our basement. Zach was very honest, professional and helpful as he and Marco unplugged the main sewer pipe. We agreed to have a camera see what the problem was and found that it was a tree getting into our air conditioning pipe and told us how to deal with it going forward.

We weren't sure what we needed done to stop a leak from our tub to the basement. Gavin gained our trust in short order. He analyzed the problem, listened to our concerns, tried the quick fix then told us what needed to be done to resolve the problem long term. Zak visited to give an estimate for repairing part of an old cast iron main sewer pipe in my basement. His assessment was accurate & priced well. Frank was the plumbing technician who carried out the work. He was tenacious in making sure that the pipe was fixed correctly and he also worked through a maze of pipes and old fittings in my 160yr old basement! I so appreciated Frank's expertise because his diagnosis helped solve a problem of sewer gas smells too. He thoroughly checked to make sure all was running well. I am now more enlightened with regards to how the system works. Without hesitation, I would recommend PlumbWize for absolutely any plumbing job. This is the 2nd time I've used their services and both times I was extremely happy and relieved with the work and the price. I had seen a stain in livingroom ceiling and thought it was a failed wax seal in toilet in upstairs washroom. Turn water off to the toilet and things seemed to be drying up until a week later when the basement ceiling started leaking through the drywall. Called Plumb Wize and they came over quickly and Jose and Chris found the leak instantly even though it was in the back of the kitchen ceiling. A pinhole leak in the solder of a supply pipe was spraying water at the wall shared by the livingroom and above the basement. Everything was fixed quickly and Jose gave some invaluable advice for me to call my insurance company given the water that was in the walls. Indeed, things were saturated and the insurance company sent mitigation and restoration teams who have been here for 4 days. Thank you Jose and Chris for saving us from a potential mold nightmare!!

Called on LABOUR DAY and was put through to a plumber within an hour. He immediately gave me advice on how to temporarily fix the issue. The next day, Jason from the office changed some scheduling and Gavin arrived at 11:30am. He fixed my issue within 1 hour and gave me advice on how to prevent the issue in the future.

Sad story. My husband died a week ago. Our home is full of people helping, coming and going and staying the night too. Today after viewing his body we came home to backing up toilets. PlumbWize came to the rescue with 20 minutes of my call and Frank was literally an angel in our midst solving our plumbing problems with excellence, sensitivity and grace.
