    Paint a 2 br townhouse

    It was a real pleasure working with John and his team. John does what he says he will, he's responsive, and quick, and of course the work itself was also great!

    Living Room + Drywall

    John, Tony and the team were just great. You know how you know a good contractor? Someone who takes pride on their work. You could tell they took it seriously, showing me all the details in their lines, etc., that I might not have noticed. They also threw on some trim paint to make it look nicer. Very respectful. Pleasant to talk to. Good at their job. I'll get them to do the exterior...someday soon, I hope.

    Living Room/ Dining Room Painting, Drywall Repair

    John, Tony and the team were just great. You know how you know a good contractor? Someone who takes pride on their work. You could tell they took it seriously, showing me all the details in their lines, etc., that I might not have noticed. They also threw on some trim paint to make it look nicer. Very respectful. Pleasant to talk to. Good at their job. I'll get them to do the exterior...someday soon, I hope.

    Kitchen ceiling repair

    Daniel, John, and Dimitri made the experience pleasant and straightforward. Daniel was very professional in completing the work, and we're very happy with the end result. Our kitchen ceiling looks better than new and the quality of the paint finish to the kitchen, side entrance, and hall are smooth and uniform. We'd definitely hire House and Condo painters again, in fact, we're planning to have them come back to paint the rest of the main floor.

    Painting a condo

    I used this company to paint the walls and bulkheads of a ~850 sq ft condo. John and Dmitri were professional and did a very nice job in 2 days. Their prices were reasonable. The painting work was good quality and clean. John was easy to reach by email and text message. I'm pleased with their services.

    Plaster repair and ceiling paint

    The team did an incredible job repairing our crumbling and water damaged plaster lath walls and ceilings! It was a big job, spanning 4 bedrooms and two stories of hallway, including minor to major repair, priming and paint. Communication was amazing and the work was done quickly. They took great care to make sure the job was done right and we are so thrilled with the transformation. Thank you so much :)

    Ceiling Drywall Repairs

    John and team were very perfessional and did great job! A roof leak caused water damage to sections of our upstairs bathroom ceiling. The damaged drywall was removed and replaced along with new insulation and vapor barrier. The ceiling was then repainted so everything matched perfectly. The entire job was done ahead of schedule and looks great. Would definitely recommend!

    Drywall repair and painting - In Time for Christmas

    We had a number of smaller drywall repairs to be done as well as some painting to get ready for Christmas. As usual we are last minute planners and it can be difficult to get quality work done on smaller jobs. John was able to come out very quickly and quote on the job. Even though this was not a big job he really cared about getting it done properly and the results were excellent. We definitely will be hiring him and his crew for future work.

    Painting, drywall repair, ceiling repair (stucco)

    John was extremely attentive and professional, it is apparent he takes great pride in providing a top quality product and outstanding service. His team were a reflection of his demand for exceptional service - they were punctual, professional and very friendly. John was insistent that we be completely satisfied with the end result and examined his team’s work after each work day. Aside from the fabulous job, John at House and Condo Painters provided us with unsurpassed customer care and service. We will recommend them and we will definitely use this service again.
