Deck Renewal
These guys were quick to respond, and honest in their assesments. From the quote to the actual final work done, they were clear about what they could and couldn't do in a reasonable timeframe and were very helpful in helping me understand what needed to be done for the deck. We had them replace the bottom step of our deck and sand/restain the deck and railings afterwards. Clean staining job, was done briskly, but well, and the step replacement, although difficult to do given the original build, is solidly done.

a back split house,
Very happy with the work they have done. Very fast everything was done in 3 days. left the house clean. Thank you "House @ Condo Painters" thank you Dimitri and working team" I will recommend you to all my friends. And the cost was very good, much less than the other company wanted.

Painted my apartment in my home top to bottom
Extremely professional, prompt, courteous service. Very high quality of work completed promptly on time and as quoted. Very fair market cost. Excellent customer service to ensure I was completely satisfied when work was completed. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Interior and exterior painting of town house. Stucco removal from ceiling and repair and repainting, Painting all trim and doirs
Extremely detailed. Neat and very clean. The team was here on time every day and left my house spotless. The job was done swiftly and in the time discussed. The best materials were used and I am very, very pleased with the outcome

Office renovation
We had our offices renovated with House and Condo Painters! Dimitri provided the estimate and 2 days later Daniel and Alex started the project after hours and finished everything in two nights! The place looks gorgeous and is as good as new! Very professional, on time and very reasonable pricing! A big “THANK YOU” to the team!

Kitchen renovation
After a small accidental fire in our kitchen stove, John, Dimitri and the team came to the rescue! Our kitchen now looks like brand new! The team was professional, fast and clean! Small task but they gave all the attention required to make all the walls AND cabinets look better than ever! We will be renovating the rest of the apartment in the near future and will most definitely hire them again! They are fast and efficient!

Painted entire 4 stories
Johns team came to every appointment on time and finished on time. They were courteous, clean and did a fantastic job. First time we’ve had a perfect job done by a tradesperson. I’d use them again in a heartbeat.

Condo Painting Repairs
John, Lucas and Dimitri were a pleasure to work with. This was a small job to paint several walls following the installation of new HVAC units in my condo. They responded promptly and were very professional and courteous. I am very happy with the work Lucas performed and I highly recommend their services. I would have no hesitation in hiring them again in the future.

All Interior Painting after significant renovation!
Friendly On Time Can be Left Alone Get along with other trades Open to Changes Frank and Understanding Great singers! What more can I say? Having project managed 3 whole house renovations I feel like they've been dependable, helpful, and on time and on budget.

Home painting
I’m happy with the work they did. I felt comfortable leaving them at my home without me there. They finished the job when they said they would.
