    Painted the all house

    We had the feeling that this project will go well when Dimitri showed in our door to see the job wearing a mask and putting covers in his shoes. The project was completed in time and as promised and we are happy with the outcome. Painters were careful and clean. Will continue some other small projects with this company and will update the comment accordingly and with more pictures.

    Stucco Repair and ceiling painting

    I was very happy with all aspects of House and Condo painters. Demetri is very professional and knowledgeable, and provided informative information and recommendations. I am planning more upgrades to my house and plan on having this company to do this.

    Stress-free, safe and 10 star quality !!!

    Demetri and Penelope provided me with the best customer experience I have experienced ever in a service. They really listened to what was important to me, responded promptly from beginning to end and guided the team on the job to ensure I was 100% satisfied !They were also reasonable in their pricing and completed the job earlier then scheduled and left my place clean and ready to go !     Deck Refresh - Looks Like New!

    Super happy with our deck refresh! It's looks like new! Our deck, which is quite large, was initially painted with a super adhesive latex paint (not the right kind of paint for a deck we've now learned) about 9 years ago, and over the last few years started to chip away badly. We tried hiring other handymen/painters, and they weren't up to the challenge - they gave up on removing the existing paint, as they weren't able to do it or didn't know how / why it wouldn't come off. House and Condo Painters were able to come in and remove all the old paint as promised, and stain it properly with an oil based stain. Dimitri took his time to explain to us what needed to be done and what the most durable stain would be. He followed up during the course of the 3 day project to make sure we were happy with the progress, and was available to answer any questions / concerns we had. They are true professionals, and we highly recommend them! As I said, my 9 year old deck now looks brand new!

    deck refinishing

    great job, on time, reasonable pricing, courteous, and respectful, even helped move some large planters we couldn't, work was excellent would highly recommend this firm, our deck looks like new again.

    Deck rejuvenation

    I had an original deck in my condo corporation that had never had any work done. It needed to be raised in one corner, an old bench and half wall was removed. It was then power washed, orbit sanded and then painted. The team did a beautiful job and I am delighted to refer John and Dimitri and the team to my friends, which I have already done. It is very inviting and appealing to the eye from sitting on it to walking past it on our pathway through our park by our pool. Great job team! Thanks so much! Marilyn Rea

    Power wash, sand and stain deck

    Deck was peeling and the job took longer than anticipated. They stayed with the original quote and completed the job in a timely basis starting when they said they would. Would use them again, knowledgeable people.

    deck sanding 7&painting

    They did a great job sanding &cleaning our tired looking deck. The younger man worked very hard & did most of the work by hand. Looks like new now

    Dry wall, painting, deck repair

    A wonderful company! John's team refinished my deck and went over and above to ensure I was thrilled with the results . The price was very reasonable -- more than fair -- given the time, effort and level of expertise. John and his staff were all exceptionally thoughtful and eager to please. The power-wash was thorough, a step and board were replaced and a privacy trellis was installed. I love my deck and will be using House and Condo Painters to paint my house in July. Needless to say, I highly recommend this company.
