    Interior painting

    We had our bedroom and bathroom painted. John gave us an estimate right away and sent his team the following day as agreed to paint. We love the result!!! Everything looks so clean! The painters were very professional and did not make a mess at all! We definitely recommend House and Condo Painters.

    Scrape stucco off ceiling and paint

    I would highly recommend these guys. Excellent work. Fast and efficient. Great cleanup. Great value. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

    Excellent, Professional, Efficient Workmanship

    House and Condo Painters were timely, efficient, professional, very thorough and exuded excellent workmanship. We were very impressed with them from the time they arrived to the time they finished. They didn’t disturb us whatsoever and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Their painting was superb! Price point was spot on as well. We highly recommend them! Extremely satisfied!

    Popcorn Ceiling Removal and Pot Light Installation

    Vicky and I asked for popcorn ceiling removal and pot light installation at our new house. We budgeted only the weekend for the work and the admin Penelope arranged everything flawlessly. The popcorn removal, electricians and painters were all friendly and very professional. The end result is stunning. They were also willing to fit in a very small follow-up job afterward and we were very impressed the guys came and got it done in less than a hour. Thank you Dmitriy, John, and Penelope!

    Ceiling Repair and Painting

    House And Condo Painters provided us with excellent customer service. We called them as we had a hole in the ceiling as a result of a leak that was fixed a fews weeks prior. In addition to fixing the ceiling we decided to remove the popcorn paint and go with a smooth paint instead in the main floor. Dimitri and his team did an exceptional job from the moment they arrived until they were done. Prior to having Dimitri and his team start the job I mainly communicated with the back office (John and Penelope). They were extremely courteous, responsive, and helpful. They asked us to send pictures as well as provide dimensions of the rooms and promptly came back with an estimate followed by their next availability date. We are very happy with the work House and Condo Painters did and will surely hire them again in the future.

    Patio Renewed!

    We have a large wooden patio space that badly needed refreshing. Their team sanded and oiled the entire area, including a pergola, and it looks much better. They were respectful of the house, and very nice people! Happy with the results, thank you...
