I have about five businesses that I currently manage, and so I didn’t want the hassle of property management. I was pretty adamant on the phone about this, and Feifei (bless her heart) was so patient and listened so well. She reassured me that I wouldn’t have to handle anything, that Royal York would take care of it all – they even screened tenants, which I was so thankful for. Thank you so much, RY team! And especially you, Feifei! I appreciated your kind and professional demeanor.

Toka was a Godsend when we needed to move across province to a new Scotia Bank Branch. Every step of the way he was helpful, and professional, and every question we asked he answered. He helped us move with minimal disruption in our day-to-day projects, which ended up saving us money in the end.

Danielle has been so good to us, taking care of everything. We’ve never had any complaints about her property management. In fact, every time we have to deal with RYPM, which isn’t much because they just take care of most things, they are pleasant to deal with. Thanks again Danielle.

Never thought I’d like dealing with a rental management company, but Royal York, you’ve proved me wrong! Very professional, I needed a investment property rented out and handled while I am out of the country and could not be happier with Royal York Property Management. They did a great job on cleaning up in between tenants like no one was there before. I highly recommend using them!

I needed to transition from the previous property management company and needed to find a replacement. We searched online and found this company. That very day, they replied and they explained their services. They were able to handle the difficult transition from the previous property management company without aggravation for my tenants.

My wife and I were lucky enough to find an apartment through them. We have been searching for about two months and a friend recommended them to us. We met and saw a few apartments and actually had a tough time deciding which one to take. We made our decision and will be moving in soon! So glad we found them! If you are looking for a clean and well-maintained property, do yourself a favor and start with them!

They take care of my unit and renters. I moved out of province and didn't want to sell my condo. The monthly income was a nice cushion. They respond to any tenant concerns or unit repairs at light speed. I had an issue with a tenant attempting to break the lease. They handled a difficult situation well.

Miserable experience as tenants, ended up paying more taxes, fees, and deposits than originally discussed. Fees were high, impossible to get anyone on the phone, maintenance request system was useless, and I ended up by-passing them all together to deal with the landlord direct to get anything done. Had 4 drafts of the lease before they even wrote the address out correctly. The office staff was uptight and snobby to deal with, and accounting was just as much a joke. Sending late notices on rent paid a week early. Would not recommend as a tenant.

We've had a remarkable experience with Royal York Property Management. Very thoughtful and knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate and property management. Caring team of individuals who keep a good eye on a property, and maintain it well! I'm happy with them, and I'm sure many will be with their property as well.
