I wouldn’t consider another property management company. Respect and trust are huge for me and Royal York Property Management delivers on their commitments. The staff are confident and provide a consistent positive experience. As an investor, turnkey solutions are what I am looking for and I appreciate their partnership! They manage 6 properties for me and take all the heavy lifting off of me. They are always seeking methods of constant improvement in client services for both tenants and owners. Being a realtor means I have to work with many associations. This company is unlike any other - in the best way possible! They are so responsive and helpful, which is rare to find. All of the staff members are eager to help and very knowledgeable. They've gone above and beyond to help me and my clients multiple times. Very well-run company!

They posted a property which i was interested. Tried to get a hold of someone from this company through facebook- where they posted- through e mail. After 2 days, i decided to call and ask to see this propery. It was on a Sunday- they do work - and they scheduled for Wed afternoon. On Monday i saw on facebook that the property was leased. Very unprofessional. I would not reccomend if they treat possible clients in this manner

The Toronto real estate market is not for the faint of heart. I thought for sure I would have to spend weeks maybe months trying to find a condo that will fit both my price point and desired size. Royal York provide that thought wrong. From the first day calling and speaking to the receptionist, to then linking with a knowledgeable relocation specialist it felt like just seconds to find the perfect location. In less then a week I was moved into my ideal condo! Thank you for all your hard work, this company is someone I would recommend to anyone.

Wonderful experience with Royal York. As a first time leaser the experience can be a little daunting, especially in a city like Toronto. Nathan was helpful, answered questions and would follow up with helpful articles and links about different topics. I was leasing a condo while living in a different city, and their team would organize weekend condo shopping trips for when I came into town, and was more than willing to go look at things for me and do FaceTime tours. They were always available, and was very responsive to emails and phone calls. He was very organized and helpful. Very positive experience, I highly recommend the team and Nathan!
