Stacie is thorough, conscientious and especially careful during COVID. The cleaning products, vacuum, mop and cloths are high quality, and there was no cleaning smell or remnants of fabric afterwards. I have dogs. Stacie was patient and playful when they greeted her. She also added a thoughtful "extra' -- I had some lose photos that slipped off the informal place I had them and after she left, I noticed that she put them all up where they had been in an organized way, which I appreciated. One time, I asked for some extras such as cleaning the oven, ceiling fans and more detailed cleaning of the blinds, which MAIDPro are happy to do if you ask them.

I specifically told the owner that I was looking for a team that would clean my house from top to bottom before I moved in with all my belongings. I had some minor work done in the house and wanted to be sure that everything was spotless and dust free. Unfortunately, there were many areas overlooked and I emailed the company pictures with my complaints. They were nice enough to send someone back for a couple of hours but it just wasn't as clean as I hoped. If you are looking for professional cleaning, these aren't the folks to be using. If you are looking for an expensive cleaning service, then they are it. Had I known, I would have hired a cleaning person at $20 an hour rather than $50 an hour for just an ok job.

We’ve been using MaidPro for a month and have been satisfied every time! They are friendly and do a thorough job. Tricia does an amazing job. I would highly recommend them.

Our usual cleaner was ill and Maidpro sent us Stacey who was able to do a wonderful job as our previous cleaner. She was efficient and friendly and willing to use our products and vacuum cleaner.

I have been getting bi-weekly cleaning for over a year. I used other services, but they were not consistent in terms of quality level of cleaning or I could not get a regular schedule. MaidPro is organized, I get the same person every two weeks. Stacey does a fantastic job! She is personable, takes her time and gets the job done. I am very happy with the service I receive from both Stacey and the entire Thornhill MaidPro support team.

Judie is awesome! Every time i come home to my house after Judie has cleaned, it’s like a weight has lifted from my shoulders. Everything sparkles and things that have been in limbo land for weeks have been organized. When life is hectic, home can feel good with such professional help! thank you :)

Leahra and Breanna did such a great job at cleaning our home! We are very happy with the result! Debbie, the operations manager, was so nice and she always helps accommodate the schedule to fit our needs.

Surprisingly disappointing, particularly given the other Homestar ratings on the basis of which we had opted for MaidPro. 1. When Jonathan confirmed the cost by email, it was higher than what he had quoted when I was at the Thornhill location. I contacted him regarding this, he apologised, and provided a revised quotation. Had I not noticed, however, the higher price would have prevailed. 2. Although certain aspects were done very well, even immaculately in a given area, others remained untouched (e.g., in the bathroom – see photos of 2 examples attached). My wife and I both have significant health problems and were advised to have the house “professionally” cleaned since we were hoping to sell it. The work was done on Friday, June 14, 2019 and we spent the entire weekend doing our best to do what hadn’t been done by Maidpro. We had been informed that any additional work and time required by MaidPro would need our prior approval, which we’d gladly have provided to get everything done properly. However, the 2 ladies simply left after the quoted time. Consequently, one must assume that from MaidPro’s perspective the unsatisfactory result we were left with isn’t unusual. 3. One of the ladies knocked over and broke a vase containing a priceless orchid which – unlike others – bloomed each season. Given our disappointing experience otherwise as well, I had simply asked Debbie to process the payment and “we’ll consider the matter closed”. She emailed the invoice. If I had questions, I was to contact her. On June 22, 2019 I followed up with “some possible future food for thought” via email, stating: “Especially given MaidPro’s favourable HomeStars ratings, we found our particular experience quite surprising (e.g., it was both interesting and disconcerting that not even a simple apology was minimally forthcoming from anyone at MaidPro after what happened). Several others had considered enlisting MaidPro’s services, but now no longer are.” The work was done in mid-June 2019; so far (i.e., now early August 2019), however, there’s been nothing further. It seems that even Homestar ratings do not necessarily reflect the experience of all concerned with a particular business, as we’ve experienced first-hand.

I had been thinking about getting a cleaning service and I'm so happy I finally did it! The customer service at Maidpro is incredible. They are kind on the phone, you feel like they care about you- not just your home, and I love that they believe in their staff. I spoke to Debbie on the phone to coordinate the clean and she said to me, " Judie will be coming today, you are going to love her." AND I DID! Judie was such a pleasure to have in my house and she did a spectacular job. I look forward to each clean :D

I just wanted to comment on the great service maid pro has done for my home. I have gone through a few cleaning services and have always had issues. MaidPro staff is very professional and do a fantastic job. Our cleaner, Brittany, has been a fabulous employee and completes the job in a very timely but thorough manner. She is very flexible with our requests and extremely diligent. Thank you for your service!
