    Deck removal + new fencing, siding, chimney restoration, etc.

    Adam and his team are fantastic. They removed an old deck + fencing, built a new backyard fence, replaced a small retaining wall, did brick repair around our house + chimney and bricked-in an old mailbox and added a new one. From a process perspective they were great - estimate was provided shortly after his initial visit and was clearly laid out. He was also a great communicator with daily updates as the project progressed and our neighbours had nothing but good things to stay. When the final invoices came there were no surprises. Would definitely work with them again.

    Wooden Fences

    If you are in need of a new fence, then don't sit on the fence. Reach out to the team at Structural Restoration.. The team at Structural Restoration were first rate all the way, and the end product shows. The owner is a straight shooter. His quote was fair. The quality of their work was First rate from start to finish. We will certainly use this company for any future projects and will recommend them to family and friends.

    WOODEN FENCE

    As with any project I am planning to do in my home, I take a lot of time researching the best people for the job. My first choice was Structural Restoration Systems and I was most fortunate to have them install a new wooden boundary fence. Adam was superb in all aspects of importance. Price was competitive, time to start and finish were precisely as promised, workmanship was first class. Attitude and ease of communication made the experience one of the best I have ever had. It therefore goes without saying, that should we need any new construction work done, we would use Adam .

    Easiest recommendation

    This review is long overdue. Sorry, Adam! I bought a house last year and needed to get some foundation cracks repaired. I called several companies to get estimates but my parents ended up pointing me in Adams direction. My parents had previously hired Adam for a few other projects and he did great work at very reasonable prices. From the start, Adam was very responsive, organized, and professional. He visited my place to assess my foundation and found some leaking cracks that I had missed. He gave me a quote and we set up an appointment for the repairs. Before my appointment date, I discovered some other surprises in my house. The biggest one being rotting wood and mold hidden in my bay window seat. I contacted Adam about my new problems. Adam was happy to help and added the repair for my deteriorating bay window seat and a few minor items to his schedule. Adam brought his team and the repairs happened over the course of a few days. They ran into a couple unforeseen challenges but they adapted quickly and completed everything efficiently. They also cleaned up after themselves which is always appreciated. Having had my share of bad experiences with contractors before, I will say that Adam and his team are among the good guys in the industry. Honest and fair, with excellent workmanship that Adam stands behind. This is a very easy recommendation to make. Thanks, Adam!

    Basement Finishing and Shower Renovation - Fantastic Job!

    Another project completed with Adam and the boys and what more can I say other than FANTASTIC RESULTS! Got my entire basement finished, lighting and tv mounts and renovated my ensuite shower. The work was completed ahead of schedule. The work that SRS does is done with care, expertise, and precision. The people they brought in to support the project were also good. I am super happy with the outcome of the basement and shower. Both look amazing. They do a good job of cleaning up before they leave daily, are respectful and not disruptive of my home and those in it, communicate all updates and are able to help with design decisions. It is comforting to work with SRS as big home renovations are not easy decisions. It continues to be a pleasure working with SRS. Thank you Adam, Ian, Matt, Eric. You are always friendly, punctual and reliable. Your hard work always shows in the finished product. I look forward to the next project with you.

    Bedroom reno and stucco ceiling repair

    Ian and Matt did a fantastic job removing built in desks in 2 bedrooms, repairing the walls and painting to match the existing colours. Many years ago a potion of the stucco ceiling was damaged by water. Matt worked his magic and repaired the damaged portion to match the remaining ceiling seamlessly. I strongly recommend this company to everyone who wants contractors that are committed to dates and timelines. They arrive on time and consistently leave work areas neat and tidy.

    Always Reliable, Always Professional, Always Competent

    Repairs, renovation and painting were all part of the recent work done by Eric of SRS. He is capable and totally professional and his painting is always superior to other painters I have used. This was my second time hiring them and the team I have met of Adam, Matt and Eric were all memorable for their quality attitude and detailed completion of the work.

    Upstairs Floor Renovation (part 2)

    We did the second part of our upstairs floor renovation putting in new flooring in the hallway in bedrooms (previously living room was done) Both sections while done at different times but both were done by Adam and Ian, and they did an amazing job as always. They go above and beyond to be sure the customers needs are taken care of, and that the work they've done is quality work at a great price. Needless to say we have many more projects we hope they will take on in the future.

    Fence and Interior Repairs

    Adam is my go-to person for any repairs we require in our house. He and his team has rebuilt our entire fence and also did internal repairs like fixing drywalls, fixing stucco and painting the ceiling and walls, installing railings, etc. In the past, he fixed the cracks we noticed in the foundation of our house and repaired our porch. He and his team are very trustworthy, they are always on time, not only they are the most reasonable folks costs wise, they even provide suggestions to save costs. Their communication, work quality, and professionalism is top notch. We are taking their services from past 7 years and We highly recommend them.

    basement renovation

    We were very pleased with SRSs work constructing a shed for us several months earlier, so in the summer of 2021 we hired Adam and his team to renovate our unfinished basement. Work included reconfiguring our laundry room, installing a small bathroom from scratch, constructing walls, significant plumbing and electrical work, refinishing a hallway area, and laying flooring. The space is quite small and very challenging. Adam closely followed our detailed specifications and offered excellent practical suggestions and creative solutions. SRS kept to their schedule and completed the work quickly, professionally and with minimal disruption. Eric and Adam always maintained an orderly work space and tidied up completely at the end of every day. SRS was very mindful of our budget and stuck to their original, very reasonable, quote. Were thrilled with the quality of the work. The final result exceeded our expectations. Its now been over a year since the renovation was complete and we have had zero problems. Thank you Adam and Eric!
