    basement renovation

    We were very pleased with SRSs work constructing a shed for us several months earlier, so in the summer of 2021 we hired Adam and his team to renovate our unfinished basement. Work included reconfiguring our laundry room, installing a small bathroom from scratch, constructing walls, significant plumbing and electrical work, refinishing a hallway area, and laying flooring. The space is quite small and very challenging. Adam closely followed our detailed specifications and offered excellent practical suggestions and creative solutions. SRS kept to their schedule and completed the work quickly, professionally and with minimal disruption. Eric and Adam always maintained an orderly work space and tidied up completely at the end of every day. SRS was very mindful of our budget and stuck to their original, very reasonable, quote. Were thrilled with the quality of the work. The final result exceeded our expectations. Its now been over a year since the renovation was complete and we have had zero problems.     Another Fence

    This is the second job we have had Adam and his crew work on. They show up when they say they will and are creative in their solutions to the assignment. I would not hesitate to recommend them. In fact we are hoping to have them back in the spring for another project. These guys are great!!

    Chimney and brick wall repair

    Adam replaced some crumbling bricks on our chimney and on a brick wall. He was a total professional from start to finish. He arrived on time; took extra care to protect the surrounding area from any falling debris and cleaned everything up when the job was complete. His workmanship is meticulous. We are very happy.     Fence repair

    Adam has given me a reasonable quote right after I have described the work. He has told me he will come in September. Yesterday, Adam and another worker came to fix the fence, nice and clean. These days, finding someone to do small repair work is very difficult. At the end, he has found the job a little smaller than what I have initially described. He was happy to adjust the cost accordingly.

    AMAZING TOP NOTCH Contractors - Call Them

    I searched and found Adam on Homestars and he was amazing - great communication, trustworthy, stuck to prices in quote and was on time and went above and beyond on the job. You will not be disappointed and I can't thank him enough for helping us with multiple repairs for our home both inside and out. I would recommend him 100% and am in no way related or received any promotion to write a review - just a super satisfied customer.

    Fixing front porch and cold room leaks

    Weve been using this company a few times in the past to fix our basement leaks, fence and currently leak in the cold room because of the interlocking on the front porch . Were very happy with Adams work , hes 100% reliable, helpful, always on time and make sure that were happy with the end result, even when it cost him more time and money ,not increasing his original quote. Its a great feeling that we dont have to question his workmanship quality and integrity. Very grateful for having it fixed this year. Were so grateful that Adam was able to fix our cold room and porch this year, rather than next year because of his busy schedule.

    Repaired 2 fence post

    Recommended by neighbour and contacted Structural Restoration Systems. Adam promptly responded to my email and communication was clear throughout the process. We ended up moving up the service date as they had an earlier opening. On the day of service, Adam and team arrived on time and got to work right away. They did a great job and the backyard was clean like before. I'm very satisfied with their work and will use them again in the future.

    Fence Repair

    During the storm in June, our fence was knocked down and a post needs to be replaced. With a recommendation from our neighbour, we contacted Structural Restoration Systems and Adam answered our call and quickly provided an estimate and a time frame. Adam and Ian eventually came earlier than expected for the repair job and replaced the post and we were thoroughly impressed by the finished product, as well as the professionalism they showed. Overall, I highly recommend Structural Restoration Systems based on their work, professionalism, honesty and friendliness to their customers.

    Backyard fence replacement

    Our engagement required the removal of all old fences, some ground levelling, and a new fence enclosing the back yard. Ian and Adam were great to work with. They kept to schedule, ensured we were well informed on their progress and the job site was kept organized throughout the project. All the work was completed on time and on budget. We are very pleased with the new fence and the two gates. Great work!

    Highly recommended!

    I'm so glad I've found SRS. My project was small: Block off a couple of basement windows, parging and a few masonry repairs. But there are always challenges with old houses. Today blocks are smaller, and one of the windows was under the deck. Adam and team impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail, problem solving, going the extra mile to do it right and ensuring it looks good from both inside and outside. I will definitely use them again.
