    Replace backyard fence and retaining wall

    I chose SRS because: 1. They could do more that one job/task 2. They understood how to work around existing gardens 3. Good communication about when the job would be done. I was not disappointed. The site was left clean every day and all old lumber was taken away. Ian and Adam worked very efficiently.

    Odd Jobs

    This is our third time hiring SRS. We needed to take care of some odds and ends at our new house. Eric helped us add some pot lights into a couple of rooms, mount some shelving in our shower, and framed in a door in a hallway for a new home office that needed some separation from the rest of the house. As always these guys were professional, friendly and bang on to the quote. Always a pleasure to have them work on our home!

    Front Hallway and Basement Floorings Installation

    Adam and his men did a great job in installing new floorings in our front hallway and basement. They are very accommodating because they were able to fit us into their busy schedule. They are friendly and highly competent. We will definitely contact them again for our future home renovations. Well done Structural Restoration Systems.

    Bathroom Renovation of a Third floor home

    My husband and I shudder at the word " renovation". We had discussions about doing a bathroom project for years, and always hesitated taking the plunge due to fear of unanticipated problems, sudden last minute surprises, possible hidden costs and the concern of who we could trust to do our home safely and competently. We met with Adam from Structural Restoration Systems and felt confident that he could assist us. Adam, Eric , Matt and Ian make an incredible team, each with their own skill set. I inadvertently came home with a different colour paint when rushing home from work and although this created more work for them on the last day, they completed our renovation going that extra mile which was so sincerely appreciated and cannot be taken for granted.     Fireplace brick fix

    Ian was great! Not only with communication but he came quick to do a quote, even brought some brick samples for us to choose and did a wonderful job. He was neat and tidy after completing the job as well. I would recommend for future jobs.

    Basement waterproofing

    I normally don’t write reviews...It was a great experience working with Ian from beginning to end; I had a lot of questions before committing & Ian was very patient & fast to reply. Both him & his brother Adam worked on waterproofing part of basement that was leaking & they kept us informed along the way. Overall excellent communication, kept work area tidy & strong work ethics. Price is very reasonable based on the end result & their level of professionalism. I highly recommend them.

    Worth the wait

    We had an excellent experience with Adam and his brother. They took down an old wooden shed that was built on top of a corner of our basement, replaced the rotting joists underneath, waterproofed it (thereby fixing our leaky basement) and rebuilt a bigger, nicer shed, complete with siding matched to the house. Adam's method is to work on one job at a time and complete it before moving to the next. Due to their being in such demand, we had to wait a couple of months from quote to finished job but we figured we had found the right company and were willing to wait. Adam offered a detailed and competitive quote, answered any questions we had promptly and kept in touch with us during those weeks of waiting. He assured us he could work outside in winter weather to complete our job in 2020. He kept to his word and even worked through rain and snow. Each day they came at first light and worked hard throughout the day with a minimum of disruption to us, tidying the area each day before leaving. They adhered to COVID rules and wore masks on the few occasions they needed to enter our house. It was definitely one of the best contractor experiences we’ve had in 22 years of home ownership and we look forward to working with them again on our next job!

    Side door entrance floor repair

    Back in March 2020 the entrance way to our side door needed repair, as the floor was very old. Matt came to the rescue and did a great job with all new flooring. He also fixed a minor eaves-troughs issue I was having. They did a great job, and I'm looking forward to hiring their services for future upcoming projects.

    Fence repair for the backyard

    I had to call many companies before finding SRS Toronto. Adam and his crew did an exceptional job for our fence. They are very professional and knowledgeable crew.     Re-post existing fence

    I called 3 or 4 companies (showing as recommended on HomeStars) and Adam was the only one who called me back. He was always prompt, professional and even got the job done a lot earlier than I expected (6 months earlier!). The work he and Ian did was fantastic and I would HIGHLY recommend SRS to anyone looking to have work done around their home. They were quick and got the job done with no disruption to the neighbours and they cleaned up wonderfully. Please call Adam first before ANYONE!
