Technician came to our house but never fix my washing machine after asking for 100.00 deposit. He is not reliable person and no integrity. I think his name is Naz. Won't use this company again.

I called Naz to come and fix my freezer. He was quick to diagnose and make a solid repair. Very knowledgeable, efficient, fair, friendly and polite. This was much cheaper and more ecological than replacing the fridge. Excellent Job.

Have had Maz from Dial an Appliance Man out to fix our washing machine and now dishwasher. Fast, reliable and efficient. Will always use Dial an Appliance Man for any repairs. Thank you

Naz ordered parts to repair my fridge but we did not hear from him for over 3 weeks. We called him and he said he had forgotten about it but he will get the parts. He set up an appointment to come repair the fridge and he told us to have the fridge empty and unplugged the atleast 12hrs prior. We did this but then received a text the night before the scheduled appointment saying he won't be able to make it. So now I have no fridge/freezer food in my house with 2 toddlers. I highly recommend never using this company unless you want to be forgotten about or have him giving you the run around.

We were excited to hire the services of Dial An Applianceman. It was the first time, but they will definitely walk in the next time also. Their skill and commitment is outstandable. You don't get to find such dedicated technicians these days. They are friendly, honest and trustworthy. Their rates are reasonable. They did not take much time and the GE oven repair is quite satisfactory. We were happy to learn many important tips from these guys. If you're concerned about calling a stranger to repair your costly appliances this company can allay your fears. For they are highly professional and result-oriented. You will like them from the word 'go' and make it a point to call them the next time you meet with an appliance exigency. They prove worth for every money spent and guarantee peace of mind.

Promised to fix my appliances for over a month, did not even have the courtesy to phone me when he did not show up - he did this three times in a row. He always having an excuse of why he did not show or even phone me as to why he did not keep his appointment.

No problems scheduling an appointment and getting the people out to provide a quote. The tenants were happy with the service and they worked around the tenants schedule. Highly recommended.

Fridge door was not closing properly. Naz came in and replaced a washer set...everything was ok but the door opened and shut with a lot of noise. Like a small pop gun, irritating. Naz came back not once, but twice to finally fix the problem. Great customer service, took a while but fridge is working great now. Would use him again if needed

Our washer was starting to flop around when spinning. Called Naz to help out. He was prompt, knowledgeable, polite, and very friendly. He gave me a lot of good advice. I would not hesitate to call him for help again!

Competent, knowledgeable, friendly, focused. A very helpful repairman who knows about different brands. This service also helped us with a broken dishwasher and the brand he recommended and installed is the best! I trust his advice.
