Right from the get-go, I knew I was dealing with professionals. Great service fixed our washer and was very professional. Very prompt and friendly service we were pleased.

They diagnosed the problem well. The fridge was too warm. Melting the ice fixed it temporarily but 3 days later the problem would come back. Based on my GE brand, they knew the control board and thermostat commonly fail. There was a more experienced guy who came first and diagnosed it. He needed to come back with the parts. A less experienced person came and replaced the control board. The problem came back after 3 days. The guy came back and also replaced the thermostat, I think. He said they normally buy them together and replace them together. He replaced it and then it worked. They just charged for 1 visit plus the parts. It was a few hundred for the parts and maybe a 100-150 repair fee. The control board was a few hundred dollars. This happened in 2020-06.

Dial an applianceman executed the engagement as asked. Was a tough situation because the microwave was not acting the way it should but they figured it out. All in all we were satisfied.

Maytag dishwasher suddenly stopped working. Found this company online. A real human answered the phone late in the afternoon. Did an assessment and quoted a reasonable price $250 to repair including the service call and labour. Having researched the issue independently and knowing the age of the dishwasher I opted not to repair and asked them if they could recommend a new make to replace it. Ultimately they replaced the old dishwasher with a new one and the whole encounter was painless and cost effective. Communications were top notch, price fair and service excellent. Would highly recommend them for any appliance job. Will definitely be using them for any future jobs.

Company responded quickly scheduling a service tech with in 1 day. Tech arrived on time as promised and repaired the refrigerator to my complete satisfaction. He was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Great work.

I called for my freezer and got an appointment on the same day. The technician arrived on time and was outfitted with a mask and gloves. He fixed my appliance in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely use their services again!

Dial An Applianceman tech diagnosed and fixed problems with a refrigerator and a dishwasher promptly and efficiently. On a return visit with a part that was needed for the dishwasher, the fixed my disposal. Their person was very explanatory, which I found very helpful. I am more than pleased.

Used them before and will use them again. It's nice when you can go to work and not have to worry about leaving the wife and kids alone and the tech just shows up and gets it done without disturbing their day :)

Arrived on time, replaced faulty ice maker for the price they quoted. Happy with the service. Uh ... and to this day it is still working. Making ice. All day.
