    Washing Machine Service - Nikos

    We moved in to a new home recently and there were 2 problems with our washing machine. One, there as a 'film' (or sediment) being left on our clothing, and two, no setting other than 'Normal' would complete without error. Nikos cleaned the pip/tube to which the detergent entered the drum (likely old/dirty from previous owners and lower cost detergent), and he also fixed a few connectors near the circuit board to fix the setting problem also. He was very friendly, aritulate, and gave great future tips on general 'need to know' items on our washing machine, dish washer and other appliances. Very friendly, knowledgeable and i would certainly recommend him to anybody.

    Dryer repair

    Saturday morning a ton of washing dryer breaks down could not get someone until Monday. So I phoned Max Appliance Repair. within 2 hours the technician arrived Andrey, polite very professional he had the parts needed repair was done in 1 hour. Thanks Andrey!

    dishwasher repair

    We were very pleased with the service provided by Evgen. He quickly determined the problem and gave us the pros and cons of repair versus replace. Parts were ordered and the repair was completed in a timely manner. Evgen was polite and friendly and he left the workspace clean and tidy.

    Refrigerator Repair

    They responded to my email request within minutes and explained the process very clearly including discussing the cost of the initial service call and how they would generate a quote for the actual repair...and we accepted the quote then they would wave the service call charge. They gave me a choice of arrival times and were right on time.

    Dryer repair in the dark

    The gentleman came to do the repair, lint removal from a dryer, on an extremely windy day. You guessed it, the power went out during the repair. The rest of the repair was done by candle light. Although it was impossible to test the dryer with the power out, it worked well when we could. MaxAppliance came when they said they would and the work was completed well. Note that MaxAppliance does charge a 3% fee for use of a Credit Card.

    Refridgerator repair

    My experience with Max Appliance Repair was very favorable. I was completely satisfied with the repair technician, Evgen, and overall with the company from start to finish. First of the all their web page was easy to follow, next I was impressed with the telephone answering, which was professional, the service was readily available for today, the exact day I needed it, as compared to other companies who were not available until four and five days later. The technician was professional, courteous and explained the problem in easy to understand terms. He had the part required with him, and did the job efficiently. I was favorably impressed with Max Appliance Repair and would give both the technician, Evegen and the company a five star rating.

    Fridge on the fritz

    I contacted Max Appliance Repair out of an urgent need to fix my fridge that was no longer cooling. I contacted the office and spoke to their dispatch and she was polite, explained the process and set me up with a technician, Danil. I was then provided with a text confirm the time when Danil would be arriving. Danil came out as scheduled and assessed the repair. He was very polite and had a good sense of humor. Daniel showed me what was damaged within the fridge and then explained the repair needed including the time it would take. He checked to see if he could get the parts same day but that wasn't an option. We then arranged a date and time for the repair. Danil explained and reviewed the cost of both parts and labour with me. He was very professional. Danil then came back as scheduled and completed the repair. Danil was a pleasure to have in my home and I would highly recommended him. I very happy with the service received from Max Appliance Repair.

    Fridge diagnosis and repair

    Both my wine fridge and my fridge decided to break within 14 days of each other. The wine fridge has been slowly warming 1-2ºC every week over the past 4-6 weeks. The other fridge stopped suddenly, prompting an quote on Homestars. Max Appliance Repair called me in <15 minutes of my posting the project. Yevhen and a partner arrived <1 hour after the initial inquiry on Homestars. They were super professional and friendly. This included donning protective shoe covers. They quickly diagnosed the problem with the first fridge identifying the problem and explained why they did not recommend repairing it, i.e., the parts and labour were more expensive than a new fridge. The second fridge was diagnosed as a faulty relay to the compressor. They quickly explained the process, the costs and asked for permission to continue. During the replacement of the faulty switch it was determined that the switch had likely shorted one of the control boards. Again Yevhen explained their process, how they diagnosed the problem, a series of possible options including the costs and risks associated. Yevhen return <24 hours later with a control board. The second fridge has now been repaired. Everything is working. The repairs were fast and professional. It wasn't inexpensive, i.e., parts and labour, but the rapid response, the professionalism of the staff was top notch. (And it feels like fair market value for the services provided). Very happy. Would recommend in an instant.

    Fridge repair

    Thanks for the great repair job for our fridge dimitry figured out the part needed and replaced it thanks again I would use this appliance repair again in the future If needed

    Good work

    Evgeniy Kuzhil and Dimitriy Faimen stopped by early and fixed a dishwasher problem in quick time. Very clean, very reliable and honest. Hire them for your next repair job. No need to buy something new so quickly. Much appreciated.
