Roman was excellent! The top rack of our Asko dishwasher broke. Although the part took a long time to to arrive Roman kept us up to date and reassured us he would fix it. He arrived today on Boxing Day to fix it. Much appreciated! Great service.Answer from pro:

Horrible business. We called the repair technician who came to our home. First, we told him that our fridge wouldn't make ice and he suggested we change the water filter. We told him we had already purchased new water filters and we changed this ourselves and it didn't help. He then stated that the water filter we changed may perhaps be defective and changed it again then left. Our fridge then alarmed constantly after he left and then he came back and disabled the ice maker, again not fixing anything. He seemed completely confused and obviously had no idea how to repair a Bosche ice maker. We then immediately got a bill for about 125 dollars and they sent us messages about every few hours asking for this to be paid. They then never sent any idea of what was wrong nor how it could be fixed. When we stated we didn't want to pay as they had done nothing, they sent an e-mail stating that the whole ice maker needed to be replaced as they were unsure what was wrong with it. After we paid the money that they requested, they continued texting and e-mailing stating that the money hadn't been paid. Very frustrating experience. Denys came today to repair our freezer - he called earlier in the day to say that he was ahead of schedule and asked if he could come earlier - hurray! Denys was quick, courteous, had a fantastic can-do attitude - after his diagnosis, he explained the problem and his recommended repair and got to work right away! Denys was very helpful and encouraging - he even offered to repair our freezer door handle <3 I would definitely recommend Denys and Max Appliance Repair to anyone looking for quality and courteous work. When my fridge gave up the ghost on the May long weekend, I called all over the place and Max Appliance Repair was the only place I could find that was able to help me out on Victoria Day. My appliance technician was Vitalie. He showed up on time, quickly assessed the problem with the fridge (the starter motor was shot) and repaired it. He was very polite and respectful of my home and my appliance. I will definitely call these guys again!Answer from pro:

We had a problem with my 5 year old washing machine Yurii came and tried to do the repair but the model we had was now discontinued and he could not get parts. He was upfront and honest with us.
