Three appliances need repair. Technician investigates: need to replace fridge ice maker ($596), oven fan ($176) and dishwasher valve ($128). I choose to repair oven and dishwasher. I wait two days despite website stating ‘’same day household appliance repairs’’. (Note: these are two common parts). Technician replaces oven fan and dishwasher valve. Then technician finds leak from dishwasher circ pump, says it has been leaking for a while and it needs to be replaced for $278. Not sure why leak was not discovered during first visit. Given high repaircost, I decide to buy new dishwasher instead. Technician says I have to pay for valve because it has already been installed. In the end, I paid $502 for a new oven fan. Technician says there is nothing he can do. Manager says they already gave me some discount. Summary: unprofessional technician, impervious manager and false advertising.

I found the repairman, Anton, to be timely, professional, courteous, efficient and tidy. I would recommend this company and in particular, Anton, to anyone. This was a good experience. Thank you

I have used this company before my dryer issue, they provide prompt and professional service. On this occasion, Vlad provided same day service to fix my dryer that wasn’t heating up. He was very thorough and kept me informed of what he was doing. my dryer now sounds better than it did when I bought it. I highly recommend their services.

Bogdan came to repair my broken freezer - he was friendly, on time, clean and did a fantastic job. I would recommend him without hesitation and will call again if I need any repairs.

Repairs on a Bosch dishwasher damaged by rodents. Max is the technician: identifies the problem within 2 minutes of arriving. Demonstrates the unimaginable!!! Mice have gnawed the sensor and the drain. Orders Bosch parts and cones back next working day for reinstallation and calibrating as per mfg instructions. All along, Max’s scheduling is instantly shiwn on iPhone, as are deposit for replacement parts and 2nd rendez-vous. Max is most diligent, well equipped, and delicate. They basically tricked me into paying the same amount it would cost to buy a brand new dishwasher, they gave me no warning!!! There was the base fee to come and inspect which is fine. Guy said it would cost some 200 to repair, then said *if something needs to be replaced he would need to order parts but gave me the impressions it could just be fixed without replacement parts. Later he tells me he needs to order parts, all in all I paid about $800+ when he very well knew I could have just paid the inspection fee, and honestly tell me just get a new washer. After he left I noticed he left the dishwasher out of place and not closing properly. I had to call back and schedule another appointment, when the same guy came back he wanted to charge me ANOTHER INSPECTION FEE TO MOVE IT! I was so outraged I told him to get out of my house. STAY AWAY!!!!

The servicemen ordered the part, came back to put it in it was the wrong one made me pay $254.25 for the wrong part and $180 cash for diagnostic and his time the owner of the company would only give me back $80 took the part back and refunded me $163 I called and asked for the balance of my money back and they said no that they don’t believe I paid cash to the service man I will never ever use this company again, be very careful if you do!! Give cheque’s not cash!!

Paid $550 to replace the heating element on my dryer. Four months later there is no heat and they only have a 3 month warranty, which is ridiculous. Hire a company that stands by their work for six months as they're around. Terrible customer service.

Very pleased with this service. Called and Bogdan arrived in an hour and a half. He was knowledgeable, efficient, concerned about the problem, and completed the job quickly. He spent time discussing the issues with me, and overall I would highly recommend the company, and specifically this person. Thank you.
