    Excellent worksmanship and service

    We contacted 3 companies to have parging work done on our foundation. LT was referred to us by our neighbour. being trustworthy, we headed her advice and contacted Leng and Matt at LT. Not only was their quote within the bracket quoted by others (neither cheaper nor more expansive), their estimated start date was superior. To add to the positive experience, 14 days following the repairs, as we were reinstalling the 5" of earth that they had to dig to reparge, they showed up to inspect the work that they had performed. We recommended them to our parents and they are as pleased as we. Absolutely recommend! Thanks Leng and Matt and crew!

    Interlock front walkway

    Leng and his crew did the interlock for the front walkway at my home. Once I accepted the quote he explained that they normally schedule the work within 2 weeks and the work would be completed in a day. Two days later he had a spot open up and emailed me to see if they could start the work the following day. They arrived promptly and completed the work as promised within the day. Throughout the process he was prompt and professional and the quality of work was excellent.

    Relieved and profoundly happy with my decision

    Started with precise project of crumbling foundation. The team leader wrote within hours with a quote after seeing my pictures. Described work, technique and pricing. We expanded to work in the driveway and entrance. This is a TEAM effort. They think about the natural flow of water before they complete their work. They reproduce exactly the artistic interlock work done painstakingly 16 years ago. I was amazed how systematic and determined that team works. The restoration is impeccable. And they offer 6 years warranty on parging and 3 years on interlock. And they do a follow-up visit in 3 weeks. Impressive!

    Very quick to respond to my short notice

    Garage floor was poured on a Friday; the concrete guy said I should wait a week before allowing the asphalt guys to do the driveway. Also suggested I should get the front walkway (interlock) remediated to line up with the new surfaces, BEFORE the asphalt. So I had to find a contractor in a hurry, to do a small repair job in the middle of the busy summer season. Without a lot of hope I posted the project on HomeStars on the Saturday; within an hour Lt Integrity responded and was there within another hour with a quote to do the work the following week. I accepted the quote on Sunday. Monday morning they were there at 7:00 am, dismantling about 150 sq ft of existing interlock. They carefully re-levelled with polymer sand, sloping away from the house and towards the driveway. Compacted thoroughly, relaid the interlock and compacted with more polymer sand. Cleaned up, wetted and gone by 10:30. The finished result looks great and you can tell the work was done professionally and with care. This contractor exceeded my expectations for responsiveness and speed; I would recommend them for any similar work.

    walkway, front steps, driveway interlock

    Leng's team work extremely efficiently on my house walkway and front steps,and driveway. While their efficacy is incredible, Leng also suggests valuable ideas to boost customer projects, and thus increase the value of properties. More important, Leng can understand my thoughts in the professional way. One can always trust and count on the Leng's team.

    Excellent Interlock Work

    We are very impressed by the excellent quality of work of Leng, Matt and their crew. During inspection, Leng provided valuable advice on the priority of jobs from the perspective of the homeowner, so we knew which jobs should be done now. Nine workers spent two full days to reset interlock stones in the patio and around the house, install edging, pressure wash, and apply polymeric sand. The work was swift and clean.

    Walkway Expansion

    We are extremely pleased with the work done on expanding our walkway. Leng and Matt provided a prompt and fair quote and got the project started a few days later. They were onsite throughout the work to oversee and manage the project. The construction team was diligent, neat, exacting and they cleaned up the site carefully afterwards. The finished product met our expectations perfectly and the job was finished on time and on budget. LT Integrity Improvements is a company you can trust to do excellent work and we highly recommend them.

    Patio Interlock

    Very impressed with Leng, Matt and their crew. They booked my (relatively small) interlock project the day after quoting, and brought a big crew and finished in one day instead of the 2 they had thought it might take. They were professional, organized, accommodating, did great work and cleaned everything up! Thank you!

    Interlock Stone

    Amazing team. We thought it would take 2 days they finished in 1. Had a team of 6 guys. Leng came over and helped us with design and colors gave us a sameday detailed quote (on a Sunday). Beautiful job very impressed with their professionalism. Leng even brought soil to help keep the water from flowing away from the house. Excellent bunch of guys. I would highly recommend them.

    Fence construction

    After watching these guys do a fantastic interlock job at the neighbours house, we enquired if they did fences as well. Our luck, they did. They were able to start the job soon thereafter. A team of 4-6 men spent two days digging the post holes and setting the posts. The ground was very rocky and unforgiving, requiring both an auger and a jackhammer, plus a lot of hand digging. At the end, the posts were perfectly aligned. They returned to install the panels to the exact specifications that we asked for. They were meticulous in their work and they were always very polite. The final product in the envy of the neighbourhood! I am most certainly going to use LT Integrity Improvements for my next project. Highly recommended, five stars without a doubt.
