    Backyard interlock

    Leng and his crew did a great job re-levelling my backyard interlock. They were fast, efficient, and easy to deal with. All the work was completed in half a day. Everything looks great. I would definitely recommend this company.

    back yard redesign

    My back yard was a mess. Several big trees made it very difficult for anything to grow. A friend was having work done so I went over to see how it was going. There were people everywhere tearing down his back deck. They had already finished an interlocking path from his front door to the front of his garage. The workmanship was fantastic. I spoke to Leng and he said he would come over and do an estimate. I told him he would have to design a fix . He came over promptly as promised and after some discussion gave me several options to consider and I received an estimate for 3 different approaches ranging in price. WE picked the middle option and work started the next day. Once the old stuff was removed and came to me with several ideas to improve the plan. He told me he would do the job as if it were his own home! Go for it I said. He also inspected the rest of the outside and fixed them as well. My backyard is now a show piece. He also fixed my front step where the stone were starting to sag and my side basement window well. And I cant believe how fast this transformation took. In seven days all the work was completed. Many thanks to Leng and his team. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to improve their landscape with people who really know what they are doing. Dave

    Front walkway and patio

    Amazing company: After seeing the great work they did at a neighbour's, I asked Leng to give me a quote on Saturday, and Monday morning the crew arrived and did the job quickly and beautifully. They helped me with the conception and gave me ideas and suggestions: My back yard is now a paradise I love spending time in, and my front walkway is gorgeous and much safer than what they replaced. I would give them more than ten stars if this site allowed. The price was fair, the execution was quick, and I now have the outdoors I have dreamed of.

    Excellent Job!

    Have used them twice to repair either side of a rock wall. Very happy with work done. Very responsive to correspondence and mindful of the tenant's schedule. Would highly recommend.

    Excellent!! Amazing workmanship, personable and very easy to work with.

    I am a repeat customer and cannot express how impressed I am by this company. Leng, Matt and the whole team are professional, fast, courteous and produce amazing results. They price jobs fairly and get the job done in record time. Both times I have hired them, they have arrived promptly, worked everyday without gaps and finished exactly when they said they would. In 2019, they removed, re-leveled and relaid my interlocking brick on my front walkway and back patio. They also rebuilt a large stone step on the patio. Other contractors, told me the existing brick was garbage and they would dispose of it for me at "no extra charge". But Leng recommended reusing it. It was a cost effective solution and the outcome was better than expected. They graded the walkway and patio to direct water away from the house. They repaired the parging around the foundation to repair previous water damage. This year, I had them back to remove the landscaping from my small front yard and replace it with interlock. They recommended stone that blended nicely with the existing walkway, gently pointed out the the flaws in my design plan and made suggestions to correct them. I did not hesitate to take their advice and was rewarded with a result far better than if I had refused it. In fact, two of my neighbors, after seeing the quality of the work, contracted Lt Integrity Improvements to replace their walkways. One has now contracted them to completely redo their backyard, patio and fencing. Again, they made design recommendations that have improved the project. My neighbor's patio is now half done and already looks so good, I am thinking about maybe doing something similar next year. Their workmanship and attention to detail is amazing. It is clear they take pride in their work. An added bonus is that all of members of the Lt Integrity Improvements team are friendly, personable and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone with no regrets. (Note: The Approximate Cost represents both year's work)

    Driveway/walkway paver installation

    We were very impressed with the promptness and quality of the work performed on our driveway. Would highly recommend their services to all of our friends and neighbours. We will definitely request their services for any future renovations. Thank you for a great job. Mike and Yvette.

    Backyard Interlock Patio

    The work done by Matt and the crew was fantastic and the patio looks beautiful. The crew was very friendly, and every day ensured the job site was clean. We really appreciate Matt working with us when we decided to increase the scope of the project. Everyone that sees our patio loves the work that was done.

    Home drainage improvements

    During this spring melting, we realized our home required rework of the drainage system without delay. In two separate jobs, we had LT Integrity come and do the front, then the back of our home. We were more than satisfied to see both jobs be done in time and within budget. LT Integrity worked as a team in less than ideal weather conditions, to the point where we were not sure this could be done, in a poor combination of rain and frozen ground. They worked diligently, as if they had done this many times before. We were impressed. In short, yes, Leng and his team at LT Integrity is a group we will have here again and again for our home repairs.     Interlock sidewalk and driveway apron and sides

    The cost was fair. The work started as soon as the weather permitted. They came with a crew of 5 people who were there everyday and completed the job very quickly. Quality of work was very good and they did exactly what we wanted.

    Front porch and side porch.

    LT Improvements reset all of the flagstone, poured a new concrete base and repaired basement walls. The people are very pleasant and very knowledgeable . The day after I placed the order 6 guys were at my house to star work. Three days later it was complete. I have used this company for a number of projects and have found their work to be above standard. They meet their deadlines and it is a pleasure working with them. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for masonry and brick work. I understand they also do carpentry work but I have not used them for that yet. This company is not the norm. They do what they say they are going to do and do it well and quickly. Strongly recommend.
