Had the system for a few years and it works well. Customer service is very helpful and quick.

I have been with this company since 2008 and have been impressed by their service and pricing for cleaner water solution. Had issues with the original tank with low pressure even when replacing the filter but thank God they are replacing it with a more state of the art filtration system. The original tank really did its job for all those years. Thank you to the team at Homewater and Jnanamurthy for the excellent support and customer service.

I have been a customer of Home Water for years. While I understand out city water is safe, the home water filter removes the chemical taste that I find off putting. I called for service as I was not able to unscrew the canister to replace the pre-filter. This has occurred twice before and results in a technician visiting out home. This time the service representative suggested replacing the system with an up to date system where the pre-filter change is much easier. As an added bonus the monthly cost would fall by 34%, further for the initial 6 months the lower monthly price would be reduce by 50%. Representing a much needed savings.

The system is functioning well. We only had a minor problem over the last 5 yrs , which was corrected immediately. Now , we are provided with a whole new equipment for less money. The staff was polite , helpful and knowledgeable.

I called the company, to update my payment info. I spoke to Pradeep and he was very helpful. He said that the unit I have now is outdated, and arranged everything for the installation of a new unit. He was very helpful and courteous.
