CSR resolve an issue with wrong (duplicated) charges in the last 3 months in a very kind and diligently manner.

About 6 years ago I was convinced to try out the reverse osmosis system instead of a water softener, as most of my neighbours have. I did and I have not looked back. I am a very happy customer. Last year I had it upgraded and can tell the difference. Not only is the system good but the team (from the guys who come to change my filter and inspect the system) to the office staff are tremendous. I highly recommend.
