    Kitchen & Bathroom

    Home Water is an amazing company with amazing customer service because their very understanding and very compassionate. They work around your needs, so that you won't lose great water service. I've been a customer since 2018 and I've had no issues with them. Thank you so much for helping me in my time of need. My family and I appreciate it very much.

    Moving Water filter under sink

    I was moving and needed help figuring out how to switch my water filter. HomeWater made it simple and easy. Id recommend them to anyone. Super helpful & kind on the phone too!

    HomeWater Water Filtration System

    HomeWater has always offered exceptional service! They are very knowledgeable and helpful. The water filter system is very useful and gives my family great tasting water!

    Ten Years as a customer

    I have had a Homewater filter in my home for ten years and it has been easy to maintain. I contacted customer services today to arrange a change in my monthly payment options. It was actually a pleasant experience. The Homewater customer support rep answered quickly, listened to my concern and helped me with the change I needed efficiently. I was impressed with her pleasant manner and the whole experience.

    Water filter had a leak

    Found that the water filter canister was leaking, called and reported it they sent out a tech Peter and he was awesome.

    Homewater has some amazing products and services and their customer services is exceptional no matter what you need! Everything from delivery of filter replacements to installation services, are always top notch customer service!

    Homewater home filtration

    No complaints on service from Homewater who has provided filtration system on our home water. Each service call has been excellent and they are attentive and patient with all my questions. Caryl Abe recommends this company to anyone who needs/wants a home filtration unit

    Happy Customer

    Such courteous, knowledgeable staff. Took the time to explain the issue specific to my home and addressed my concerns. I love this water filter system that runs through my whole house with great tasting water.
