Ive been renting a whole water system with HomeWater since 2015. I have never had any problems with the equipment and my water has always been very good. Yesterday I spoke with a HomeWater rep and my equipment has been updated to the 2024 version. Because of being a loyal customer my future payments have been considerably reduced! New equipment! Lower monthly cost! Who does that? Home water does!! Customer service representative was exceptional! Very attentive, answered all my questions. Before hanging up he made certain that I was happy with my future commitment with HomeWater. If you are in the process of upgrading or are a first time water system buyer check out HomeWater. Ive had a whole home water system since September 2000. Ive dealt with several companies. HomeWater is the best. The reason for renewing my commitment with them!

We were moving but our contract was not complete. Abhishek worked with us (and in a short timeline) to have the system moved to our daughters. I just wish their territory was a bit bigger.
