    Tuckpointing

    We hired Phong because he is very kind and has a down to earth attitude. He did an exceptional job in tuckpointing the bricks around our house. There’s a lot of other items that weren’t included in the scope of work that he himself suggested that he will complete and he did so gladly with no additional cost. He also helped us dispose of a large pile of heavy, natural stones from our flower bed which is a big such a big relief! Thank you Phong for all your help and for exceeding our expectations.

    Brick repair

    I called Brick Aid Masonry for some brick repair and tuckpointing services. From the first conversation, Phong has been very professional. I’m very happy with the finished look. The work was done quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable price, comparable to others.

    Brick repair and cement parging

    I had a couple of deteriorating bricks and cement surface issues on my front steps and foundation siding which required repairs. Phong was one of the first to respond and gave a very competitive quote. He is very professional and responsive which is important to me as I've had very wide ranging experiences with other contractors in the past. He arrived on the promised date and thoroughly went through the work to be done before starting. After he and his helper were completed he went through his work with me and I was very happy with the results. In addition he helped to fix other problem areas at no additional charge. He addressed any concerns that I had and made sure that I was completely satisfied before wrapping up his work. Thank you Phong!

    Quality work for a great price

    My experience with Brick Aid Masonry in one word? Perfect! I needed some tuckpointing done on the side of my house and several bricks replaced around my basement windows. Phong provided me with a very reasonable quote, arrived on time, did the work I requested and left a very clean job site behind. He even tuckpointed a few spots that weren’t within the scope of the job but still kept to his original quote! A very good experience and I would definitely use this company again.

    Retaining Wall

    Phong was very responsive, timely, hardworking and efficient. His pricing was fair and we were very pleased with the new 30 foot retaining wall he built for us. He also removed an old wall for us and disposed of the debris.

    Stairs, rebuild and parging.

    Would highly recommend this company for brick and masonry repairs. Quality workmanship with high attention to detail. Phong and his crew are experts in this field and a pleasure to work with. Work was completed promptly and to our complete satisfaction.

    Brick replacement.

    Took a chance on HomeStars, glad I did. Got lots Of replies. Phong was very quick to reply to request, came next day @ the time given. Showed the work that had to be done @ front entrance of house. Once we agreed to a price I mentioned some mortar joints that needed repair, Phong took care of the mortar joints @ no extra cost. Thanks for a great job, old bricks were an eye sore, not any more. Will recommend using Brick Aid, professional & good price for the quality of work that was performed.

    Brick Repair, Tuck Pointing, Parging

    Really satisfied with the quality of workmanship. Phong and his crew are professional and have a great work ethic. He replaced bricks where needed, and filled in all the holes along the side of my house. He patched up the parging and in addition he caulked the window as well. He made sure to keep a tidy worksite and alerted me to other things like loose siding which I appreciated. He was super friendly and easy to deal with, and was careful with safety for my kids. Will definitely call back again for future work. Thanks Phong!

    Chimney Repair

    I hired Brick Aid to cap off my chimney. During the job they noticed 20 or so bricks on the chimney were loose. They repaired these bricks without any real indent to my pocket as they were there and just wanted it to all be proper. I gave them a well deserved tip!! Great work and I will call on them again for some additional work in the near future! Very genuine, clean and professional. I myself am a business owner and I can say I highly recommend Brick Aid for your masonry needs.

    Masonry on an older house - tricky interior and exterior work

    Brick Aid Masonry, is a fantastic company.  I am a contractor, and hired Phong to do a huge job on an older house that needed a lot of tricky masonry work done on both interior and exterior walls.  The work Phong and his team did was seamless.   He blended his new work in to the existing brickwork so well, that the homeowners had no idea where the repairs had been done.  Phong is extremely hard working and professional, and has a very talented team that works well together.  Everyone was easy to work with, personable, and showed up on time.  They were very tidy, cleaned up each day before they left, and met our tight deadline, without delay.  Phong has a great work ethic, communicates well with everyone on site, and was a pleasure to deal with, even when the weather was cold and miserable.  I look forward to working with him on my next job, and would not hesitate to recommend his company to anyone.
