Phong and his coworker were incredibly professional and meticulous to their craft. They fixed the bricks that not only needed to be repaired but also those that would cause potential problems in the future. They also took the time to patch a small bit of parging that was not part of the quote job. They were very mindful of our gardens and they even went so far as to appease our neighbour who was inconvenienced by the work being done on our home. The attention to detail and colour matching to existing bricks and mortar was very well done. Follow up in a couple weeks to seal. We are very happy with the work done and with Phong’s courteousness. Not only did Phong do a great job on the brick replacement and tuckpoint repair, but he would point out and fix other things he noticed. He showed up when he said he would and charged us what he quoted. Would definitely recommend him.

We contacted Phong to brick an existing window that had been boarded up. The window sat below our deck and Phong was able to get the job done. He also provided some repointing that was done very well. Throughout the job Phong and his team were very friendly and mindlful of neighbours. I highly recommend Brick aid masonry.

They also did a few extra jobs that were not originally planned. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for masonry repair.

I'm extremely happy with the work that Brick Aid Masonry did on my house. One of the 9' brick pillars on my porch was leaning pretty badly. I needed it to be rebuilt and also to have some brick replacements and tuck-pointing on other parts of the house. Phong provided a very fair quote and let me know exactly what work would be done and how long it would take. Phong and his associate, Van, did an amazing job with all the repairs. They matched the bricks and mortar colour seamlessly with the old walls. The pillar was rebuilt beautifully and is now perfectly straight. I can barely tell that any repairs were done to my house at all, and that's exactly the result that you want! Phong also went above and beyond, repairing a few extra areas that were not part of the quote. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else if I need brick work done in the future. Phong is a great guy who is super friendly and he's always willing to take the time to explain things and answer any questions. He takes pride in the quality of his work and it shows in the results. I can't recommend this company enough!

Needed replacement on window sills made of concrete that were crumbling. Phong and his partner did a great job and took their time replacing with lime stone sills.
