I needed to replace the deteriorating bricks in the front of my house. I was also considering covering my concrete front step with tile and Phong suggested stone instead which was an excellent recommendation! Although the work was extensive, his quote was very competitive. As the work progressed, Phong saw additional issues and voluntarily did the extra work without additional charges. I was also very impressed as to how quickly he responded to messages. It was a pleasure to work with Phong. He is very professional and hard working. He takes pride in his work and ensures the job is completed to the customers' satisfaction. I am very pleased with the work that was done and I would highly recommend Brick Aid Masonry.

I contacted Brick Aid Masonry for a quote to brick up a window at my home. Phong from Brick Aid came to provide a quote, he was professional, polite and was detailed as to what the project would involve. Phong and Van from Brick Aid Masonry showed up exactly at the time we had set for the project date and went right to work. They kept the area neat and clean and when they encountered an issue with the top layer of brick near my soffit they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the finish and that the job was done right. The final product was seamless and you can’t tell where my original brick and new brick meet - amazing work. The communication provided by Phong before, during and after the project was always quick, polite and professional. I highly recommend Phong and Van from Brick Aid Masonry and look forward to working with them again on some future projects that I have in mind. Thanks for all your hard work.

Phong and his coworker were incredibly professional and meticulous to their craft. They fixed the bricks that not only needed to be repaired but also those that would cause potential problems in the future. They also took the time to patch a small bit of parging that was not part of the quote job. They were very mindful of our gardens and they even went so far as to appease our neighbour who was inconvenienced by the work being done on our home. Not only did Phong do a great job on the brick replacement and tuckpoint repair, but he would point out and fix other things he noticed. He showed up when he said he would and charged us what he quoted. Would definitely recommend him.

We contacted Phong to brick an existing window that had been boarded up. The window sat below our deck and Phong was able to get the job done. He also provided some repointing that was done very well. Throughout the job Phong and his team were very friendly and mindlful of neighbours. I highly recommend Brick aid masonry.

Needed foundation crack repair and parking. They were very easy to work with and took the time to walk around the house to check necessary work and did a great work without requesting extra $$. The repair and parging work was done professionally I'd highly recommend hiring them.

I had bricks crumbling in several places around my house. This company arrived on time, made several trips to find the best match to my bricks and did the repairs beautifully. They also did a few extra jobs that were not originally planned. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for masonry repair.

I'm extremely happy with the work that Brick Aid Masonry did on my house. One of the 9' brick pillars on my porch was leaning pretty badly. I needed it to be rebuilt and also to have some brick replacements and tuck-pointing on other parts of the house. Phong provided a very fair quote and let me know exactly what work would be done and how long it would take. Phong and his associate, Van, did an amazing job with all the repairs. They matched the bricks and mortar colour seamlessly with the old walls. The pillar was rebuilt beautifully and is now perfectly straight. I can barely tell that any repairs were done to my house at all, and that's exactly the result that you want! Phong also went above and beyond, repairing a few extra areas that were not part of the quote. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else if I need brick work done in the future. Phong is a great guy who is super friendly and he's always willing to take the time to explain things and answer any questions. He takes pride in the quality of his work and it shows in the results. I can't recommend this company enough!
