    Basement finishing

    The Capable Group helped fulfill the vision of our finished basement. The entire Team was fantastic to work with. They are knowledgeable, kind and courteous at all times. The Team is well organized and punctual. Everyone took the time to answer any questions we had with patience and kindness. The finished product leaves us and our friends and family amazed. My family and I strongly recommend The Capable Group for any of your renovation or upgrade projects.

    Love my basement!

    We had a great experience with Capable Group. They answered all our questions in a timely manner and made necessary adjustments with any of our concerns. Everyone was great to work with and all the information was transparent from the beginning. We are very Happy with the work and all elements of the process!

    Full basement Renovation

    We are expecting our first born in April 2021 so we needed to have our full basement renovated. Yan from Capable group was courteous, understanding and by far the most competitive with pricing. With the current pandemic Yan, Ludimilla and Vlad were up to the challenge with providing the best and safest service possible where they nailed it out of the park. Timeline was on point as indicated 4 and a half weeks right before Christmas as promised. Overall could not be happier with the end result and highly recommend Capable Group Inc

    Basement Renovation

    Great service, great work, very professional crew. I would recommend Capbale Group for any and all renovation projects. Thank you Yan, Mila and Dimitri for all your help. Our basement came out just as planned.

    Basement & master bedroom ensuite reno

    I am very pleased with the job Capable did remodelling my master bedroom ensuite and finishing my basement. They were very professional throughout the entire process and provided suggestions I didn't think of. I would recommend Capable Group if you are thinking about finishing your basement, speak to Yan, he was great.

    Love our basement!

    We LOVE our basement! Company was great to work with! Thanks guys for everything! Yan was great from beginning and it was so much fun watching it all transform! We love the play area, home theatre, bathroom and bedroom down there!

    Basement finishing

    Capable Group has done a great job finishing our basement. Yan gave us the quote the day he came. His team worked very well from designing to every step of the way. Yes, as in any major renovations there were some hiccups, but they took care of every single one of them. We are very happy with the quality of their work, even during a pandemic.

    Basement and 2 Bathrooms

    Professional, reliable and full-service. All of the trades people are friendly and professional. They treated our home with respect while they were working. They have some options available to pick as a part of the package (trim, doors, vanities, toilet, tiles, etc). If you are looking for a particular style for some items like we were, their selection may not include them so you will have to shop for those items on your own. Capable will credit the cost back to you. When the handy-man comes for the final "touch-ups", you must be very specific and point out everything that needs to be done. It would have been nice if that person was a bit more thorough. Special shout out to our project manager, Michael, who was very easy to communicate with and helped us overcome any small issues that came up during the renovation.

    Wonderful Result, great value

    We were impressed with the quote, material selection process. There were a couple hiccups with scheduling and performance of a specific sub. The PM agreed and worked overtime to address our concerns.

    Amazing workmanship

    I am very impressed with the work from Capable Group. I initially hired another company that was supposedly better. Things turner south very quickly with them. Eventually, I was left with a poorly done basement that was not completed. I asked Yan from Capable to help and to see if his team could help. The project manager Michael was awesome to work with. I was impressed with their professionalism and work ethic. Everything was done right in a timely fashion. Their price was just right and everything was well explained to us. The finishes were good and they always pay attention to details. Not only were they able to correct the mistakes the other company did but they were able to deliver a great result. I would highly recommend them. Spend the time to search who you want to work with for your project. We are glad to have found Capable to help us complete the basement we were hoping for.
